I came in 30 min before they closed and was greeted by the nicest guy! Customer service is a 10/10! He was patient as I looked though everything they had left and he happily showed me all the different flavors and which were his favorite☺️ everything he recommended tasted great!

I placed an online order for a box of 12 donuts earlier today, including 2 of the Samoa donuts. They were unfortunately out of that flavor, so they replaced them with 2 duplicates of other donuts we'd requested. That would've been perfectly fine on its own, but they included a third replacement donut for free, giving us a total of 13 in the box to make up for the sold out flavor. They also included a coupon for a free donut next time. We really thought that was super nice of them to do! On top of that little extra gesture, the donuts are soft, perfectly sweet, and very tasty. We'll be sure to order again!
