I remember when jcws was the best place around... its not anymore. I ordered a hot fudge sundae with extra hot fudge... I get a cup of vanilla ice cream with whip cream and nuts... what happened to the old jcws?

3 cars behind us in the drive thew got served before us and we only ordered 2 icecream…

Always meets expectations. Go here for a great, American burger.

One of the best burgers and fries in Utah.
Wouldn't recommend get their chicken fingers anymore.

Shout-out Alejandro for not giving us cookie dough in our shake. We ordered through the drive through asking for extra cookie dough in our shake, there were only 2 pieces on top. We asked again for more at the window and he gave us an oz size cup with less than 10 pieces in it. We also ordered a large cheese fry and only got a small. $37 & a headache

On our most recent visit here, we got a large raspberry cheesecake shake. We went through the drive-thru which was a mistake because it took 30 minutes to get through. Which isn't a shocker cause this drive-thru is always very slow. The shake started out gray, but about halfway through. We started having bits of Oreo and peanut butter come through. Now. I don't mind a good surprise but I'm allergic to peanut butter so this wasn't my favorite. And then the last quarter of the shake was plain vanilla ice cream. For a $10 shake, I honestly expected a little better.

I've eaten here a number of times and it's okay. Their fries aren't the best but their burgers are really good.

21 minutes for 2 small cones during non-rush

Went in this morning for an early lunch thinking they wouldn't be busy. I was right about that -- mine was literally the only car in the drive thru lane. It took 19 minutes from the time I ordered until they handed me the bag, without so much as a simple apology about the wait. 19 minutes for two uncomplicated burgers. I had to call the restaurant to make sure they didn't forget someone was in the drive thru. I should have just forced them to refund. On top of that, I got back to my office, opened up the bag and the order was completely wrong. I ordered no ketchup or lettuce. Both of which were on the burgers. They did manage not to include pickles or mustard though. 17 bucks and 19 minutes to give me the exact opposite of what I ordered. Miserable service and food. Enjoy the last $17 bucks I'll ever give you JCWs (for two hamburgers...) because I'm not ever spending another red cent at your massively overpriced, zero effort, incompetent, garbage tier restaurant.

edit: even before this, I've come in with co-workers a few times, regrettably. It always takes forever, the staff is routinely resentful and rude, and the mediocre, over-priced food hasn't ever been worth the money or time. I was foolish to give JCWs a chance, even at 11am. Absolute trash restaurant. If you want a burger, go somewhere else, anywhere else.

I was pretty upset with their customer service. The girl at the window was nice, but she left me waiting there for 20 minutes to get my two cheeseburgers and a fry. I also had to wait 10 minutes for the car in front of me to get their food. There were three cars behind me also waiting. Now, I wouldn’t be upset if they were super busy, short-staffed, or if something went wrong with the food prep—I understand those kinds of delays because I used to work at a fast food place too. However, they had plenty of staff working, and almost no customers inside.

I didn’t leave because I had already paid for my food, so I waited. Through the window, I could see that most of the workers were talking to each other or on their phones, with no sense of urgency to get food out to the customers. When I finally got my food, there was no apology or explanation for the delay.

I don’t usually write reviews for places, but this experience really bugged me.

I can't review a burger place without eating a burger, which I did not purchase a burger. The grilled ham and cheese for the kiddies was good, a little more brown in some places, but made up for it in the use of butter on the toast.
Fries- average. Chicken strips - too much time in the fryer. Kids liked what they got. I did not. Service was good and we didn't have to wait long after ordering (which was done in the drive thru line by an attendant, not the regular sign.

Didn't go in. Just drive up. The waitress brought out my shake while another car was at the window getting their order. I thought that was great.
