I love this place. It should be sold out and hard to get into for how good the sushi is. I love their spicy tuna roll and the sweet Jesus roll.

Really sleek, nice place to grab some sushi and noodles. Came during a time when it was really empty, cause we (I) was craving some udon in the mid-afternoon after a hike. We ordered their udon with veggie and shrimp tempura, as well as their bleeding dragon. The udon was pretty decent, but I think the best part was actually the sushi! I think we chose a good flavor.
The one lady serving us was honestly so super sweet. She was very polite and courteous, and frequently checked up on if we needed anything.
Overall, awesome and kinda lowkey place for the sushi!

The sushi at this place is amazing. It’s a little costly however, you get what you pay for and the sushi is amazing. The entrees are amazing. Elias was our server and he was great! I got the cowboy roll and the arch roll and they were both amazing.

I stopped by on a Saturday night with friends. We noticed they have Happy Hour pricing starting at 9:00 p.m. so we lingered outside for a little bit and entered about 5 minutes till. We were greeted warmly and shown to a table. Asked if this was our first time at the restaurant (yes), recommendations were given and appreciated.
We go to many sushi restaurants. We typically order the same basic items for comparison and one or two signature items in addition. For this visit our list included: Gyoza, Sake Nigiri, California, Las Vegas, Sunset, Kahi, and Baha. The gyoza was cooked, but not pan fried afterward. This isn't a condemnation simply an observation. People like dumplings in different ways. We didn't have a bad item in the bunch. Everything was fresh and tasty. The Vegas roll had a taste in the spicy mayo that we didn't recognize. It wasn't a bad taste, just a note. We loved the baha roll, probably the favorite. Our least liked roll was the Kahi, which is their signature. Texture was most of it, and competing elements that got lost in the mix was the rest.
The restaurant was elegant and we all felt that they were trying to be upscale. A goal which we felt they achieved. The chairs were very comfortable. The place settings, glasses, napkins, even the chopsticks were all better than standard fast casual, more like a dining experience should be.
Pricing was higher than most sushi spots we've visited. A glance at the menu and quick math put most rolls between $14 and $20. However, the Happy Hour pricing on select rolls gives 40% off, which we enjoyed.
Overall, very solid choice for sushi and a very lovely experience. They deserve your patronage. We've seen restaurants struggle in that location and hope the very best for this one.

I’ve gone to other local sushi restaurants over the years and honestly struggled to find any in Utah County that were noteworthy. I decided to try Kahi Sushi because of the reviews. It did not disappoint! It is my new favorite sushi in Utah county. All of the ingredients are fresh, flavorful & made with attention & intention. The fish was fresh & high quality. The restaurant itself is impressively clean. The aesthetic is intentional, natural, like you would expect from a sushi bar in Japan.
And the service was on another level. The owner made my sushi and he was an absolute delight, extremely skilled and has an obvious passion for Sushi.
I ordered the Sweet Jesus Roll, Baja Roll, miso soup, edamame & a pot of green tea. The tea pot was a traditional cast iron and the tea bag was hand filled with loose leaf toasted brown rice green tea- THIS attention to flavor & experience is what make Kahi Sushi a cut above the rest!! I only leave reviews when I loved the food and my overall experience- Kahi Sushi hits every mark and then some!

Wow! From start to finish, I loved Kahi. Jin greeted us and Ryan was our server. Their level of hospitality was just incredible. Lots of variety in the sushi options and each dish we had was tasty. If we weren't just passing through town, we would definitely be regulars at Kahi ❤️
