Super clean interior The food is amazing, chicken has that nice perfect crisp, and still juicy! The staff and managers are nice and funny too! And the food came quickly!

Should have known they wouldn’t get it right. Ordered online because they had an offer to get three free chicken tenders if you placed an order with a certain amount. Of course when I picked up the food and got back to work there were no chicken tenders. They want me to come back but I only get one lunch period. Didn’t come in for years because of the food and decided to try it again because of the good deal and I couldn’t even get that so I won’t be back. Stop offering stuff you’re not going to give.
I recently ordered from KFC through DoorDash, and I have to say it was one of the worst fast food experiences I’ve ever had. My order arrived, but half of the food was missing! When I tried to reach out for help, their customer service was unresponsive and unhelpful. It’s frustrating to spend money and receive such poor service. If they can’t resolve basic complaints, I can’t trust them to deliver a good experience. I won’t be returning anytime soon.
