You got different areas of a Salt Lake.Utah that doesn't have the best mcdonald areas to go to and this was one of the top ones that you can go to so love it

Half of the drive-thru menu was turned off. I don’t go to McDonalds very often and don’t know the menu. I asked what their combo comes with and the guy got snippy, and then when I asked the worker if they had a certain frozen drink he yelled at me that of course they do. I was never told how much my order would cost either.
Once I got to the window to pay, I let them know the menu was turned off, and the kid started yelling about how I was the 10th person to tell him that, he knows, and that I should just look on their app or online, and that I’m stupid because it’s the same menu at every location.
I just drove on once I got my card back and he was still yelling. At the next window, the worker didn’t say a thing, just awkwardly handed the food out and closed the door as fast as possible.
I don’t expect great service at McDonalds because it’s usually a bunch of kids making $13 an hour, but it’s basic customer service to not yell at people and to say hello. It wasn’t even busy: there was one car behind me. I expect to be treated like a human being. Definitely never going back to this location, I’d rather drive 10 minutes to the next location or go somewhere else than be treated that way again.

Took 25 mins to get food at this McDonald's. Then ordered a happy meal to go and it wasn't done until I came up to the counter after waiting 25 mins from ordering.

This is outside the norm here, but if this happens again, my business is going elsewhere.

My sausage biscuit was dry and very hard. Not edible. Service was good but the inside was very dirty.

I order from the mobile app a bit and today I decided to get me and my niece someone from McDonalds cause she likes the toys, well I go on the app and do my order and use one of the deals which is still valid, I pay and then once I get there I tell the lady my code, she misheard me and said “are you sure you put in a mobile order” and this is where she first pissed me off cause I was looking at the mobile code on my phone and I said yes and said it again and she misheard me AGAIN till I said it again and did the “A like Apple” thing and then she said I couldn’t get my order due to “conversion failure” which I have no idea what that is because I don’t work for McDonalds so I’m sitting in my car confused as hell because I’m thinking “am I not going to get my food, am I going to get a refund?” And so I ask her again and she said the same thing then she goes quiet for 5+ minutes, the people behind me are pissed and get into the other line and she then says something about we could still use the deal, which again I’m still confused cause I paid for my food so I said sure then she goes quiet again and I’m sitting there starting to get frustrated at the lack of communication and so she comes back and is like what do you want to order, like hello? Did you get my issue fixed? Are you going to explain to me what went wrong? Am I going to get a refund or are you going to steal my money? So I give her my order that didn’t have the deal on it cause before she said we could still use the deal so I assumed my deal was already in her system with my new order I was about to put in. So then she asks me something about the points and my niece was talking to me so I said “whatever at this point” and she snapped at me to go to the first window, so I go to the first window and they say my total and gave me no option for a receipt and when I get to the 2nd window they hand me my food and it didn’t have what my niece wanted, so to take away from this is McDonalds don’t communicate anything to their customers and love to steal your money, and my niece was very heart broken that she didn’t get her happy meal, thanks ma’am.

You got kids running these rest fast food restaurants. They want the money, but they don’t wanna work. You might as well close all your fast food restaurants and go back to the mama and pops see your. Aleast your food will be fresh third time I’ve been to McDonald’s in three weeks and my food is taste old and cold.

If you’re a food delivery driver, DON'T DO ANY food pick-ups at this store. Not worth it! Just decline it immediately. I was forced to wait in a huge line at the drive thru because I couldn't get any help in the lobby. It's as if I was completely invisible. It's the slowest McDonald's drive thru I've ever sat in! People even keep leaving the line because it's so slow! Some locations are so fast and efficient, as well as so attentive to the food delivery drivers, but this location certainly isn't one of them. Avoid!
