I keep giving this American Fork location a chance to redeem themselves but today was the last straw. We ate in the restaurant because we wanted hot fries. I placed my order at the kiosk. Sat at a table I had to clear and wipe. The dining room was filthy and there was just us and one other patron so not super busy. I get a drink, Big Mac and large fries. I get my food the Big Mac has one patty and 3 buns one with not sauce. The fries are cold. I show the worker the food was made wrong. He brings out fresh fries and just puts a patty on the bare bun. No sauce no lettuce, no cheese. The patty was not even warm. Why it’s not a super hard order.

Food was cold when it came out. We went around 4:15 pm and there were opened butter packets from breakfast laying around the play place. I understand its not supposed to be a steakhouse but place was subpar, even for McDonald's

You got different areas of a Salt Lake.Utah that doesn't have the best mcdonald areas to go to and this was one of the top ones that you can go to so love it

Half of the drive-thru menu was turned off. I don’t go to McDonalds very often and don’t know the menu. I asked what their combo comes with and the guy got snippy, and then when I asked the worker if they had a certain frozen drink he yelled at me that of course they do. I was never told how much my order would cost either. Once I got to the window to pay, I let them know the menu was turned off, and the kid started yelling about how I was the 10th person to tell him that, he knows, and that I should just look on their app or online, and that I’m stupid because it’s the same menu at every location. I just drove on once I got my card back and he was still yelling. At the next window, the worker didn’t say a thing, just awkwardly handed the food out and closed the door as fast as possible. I don’t expect great service at McDonalds because it’s usually a bunch of kids making $13 an hour, but it’s basic customer service to not yell at people and to say hello. It wasn’t even busy: there was one car behind me. I expect to be treated like a human being. Definitely never going back to this location, I’d rather drive 10 minutes to the next location or go somewhere else than be treated that way again.
Zero if I could… broken rating system waited 15 min 2 hrs before closing for them to give me half my food.

Took 25 mins to get food at this McDonald's. Then ordered a happy meal to go and it wasn't done until I came up to the counter after waiting 25 mins from ordering.
This is outside the norm here, but if this happens again, my business is going elsewhere.
