Definitely a new favorite when we’re in town! 😍 Normally trying new places is difficult with Gluten & other Allergies… walking in to a fresh clean & healthy atmosphere was so revitalizing. “I don’t normally write reviews but this place deserves something! I don’t know how to begin in words how much I love this place. From the quality of food to quality of customer service, easily a 10 out of 10! The employees are always quick to help and are so friendly! Now when it comes to the food, HOLY cheese bread! Delicious! They’re better than my Brazilian grandmas! Shhh. Also little weird but all the employees are low key good looking. I don’t know if anyone else has noticed but they’re hella fine.“

“This Aubergine is amazing!! Me and my family know that we can go here and feel better because of it. The flavors stay consistent and their portions as well. I have tried a few locations but this one is the best one by far. I recommend this place for sure.“

“This was our first time coming here, and we were very impressed! First off, the customer service was amazing, the employees who took our order and brought our food out were very friendly and helpful. The food was so good!!! We got some gyros, souvlaki, and the Athenian burger. We wanted to try the baklava ice cream, but we were so full we will have to come again to get some!“

“Everything was good, hummus was not the best. Missing acidity totally. I liked that the pita was slightly crispy. Unfortunately they forgot a dish in pickup and I had to come back. But they gave me a free cookie. Would have been 5 stars. Kids eat free on Sunday“

“One of the best smash burgers we have had. Enjoyed dinner with Redwood Cafe while at Wilkerson Farms. The gentleman that was cooking knows how to make an excellent burger and frys. His service was top notch. I would highly recommend to anyone that come across his food truck to stop and give it a try. You will not regret it. 10/10“

“I go to alll the Aubergine’s and the one in American Fork is my favorite!! I feel like their portions are so good, their workers are so kind, it’s all such a good experience! I even came in 30 minutes before close which I know is annoying but Lucas at the register was sooo nice to me and I had to get his name because he was great!“
