I usually love Mod Pizza, and until now, didn't mind paying extra for delivery from Uber Eats. I set up delivery for 4:30-5:00, and the pizza and garlic bread didn't show up until 5:45, and the food is luke-warm at best. As I said, NOT HAPPY.

We ordered on the app and it took 10 minutes longer than they said it would take. Then we had to wait even longer because they did the order wrong. Taste is great, but they service is a -5. Waiting 20 extra minutes is ridiculous.

Happy with our pizzas! they were generous with the toppings (so many Mod locations aren’t anymore) The restaurant was a good temperature, employees were very polite. Great experience all around!

Manager had TERRIBLE customer service. We walked in with a group of 8, an hour and 10 minutes before the restaurant closed on a Friday night. The person at the cash register told us we could not sit at the only table large enough for us to all sit together because that half of the restaurant was closed down. When asked again, he said that he was trying to get the restaurant closed down, and he had employees that had to get home to sleep. He then said "I mean, you can do what you want, but if you sit over there you are going to put us back 45 minutes getting home because we will have to clean that area again." For context, that part of the restaurant only had 2 tables, that would not take 45 minutes to clean. We had to sit at separate tables, and the restaurant was open for another hour after we got out food. Ridiculous.

We showed up as a party of 8 and they wouldn’t let us sit at the only table that would accommodate all of us since they said that part of the restaurant was closed. We ordered at 9:45 and they closed at 11:00. We asked the worker again if we could just sit there so we could eat as a family, but he said they would have to clean it up and it would take an extra 45 minutes and that they also need to get back to their families hahah! I’ve never had an experience like this before so I’m writing this review. I’m pretty sure this is my third rating ever on Google but the experience warrants a review

I like how you can make whatever the heck you want and it's just one price! That's super fun! They got great options for toppings as well. I didn't know you could do sauce at the end so that was interesting, That's a good idea too. Like pesto or a balsamic reduction. The staff are super friendly and helpful. And the pizza came out super fast! It tasted delicious!
Kid-friendliness: This is perfect for kids. They can get exactly what they want and customize it their way.

Food was good, the service was not amazing. The manager was friendly but that’s about it. All the other workers had attitude problems. Didn’t give you “the customer” any type of feeling like they care. I’ll still go cause the food is great but you can’t expect any good customer service.

My husband and I split a mod size Italian salad and a mod size pizza. Both were good though not particularly special. I like that it's quite customizable. Someone commented that because they're trying for tips, they're actually less efficient putting the order together because they want you to see them working. The picture of the salad is before we split it.
