Sushi was good but they burned the gyoza, twice. Literally a burnt acrid flavor and aftertaste. They did replace it, but burnt the replacement too. The pork cutlet was dry and tough. Flavor was okay. Server was great.

One of the worst experiences, I DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING HERE! We used to love it here but the past few times we have ordered here for delivery they have missed multiple items. When we call them to resolve the issue they won’t give us a refund or they won’t do anything to fix their mistake and we have had to drive in to pick up the items. They haven’t apologized and when we called they were awful at responding and didn’t care. We used to come here all the time but the customer service has been so bad it’s hard to want to go back.

I love nori, it's my favorite sushi place. The people who work here are great and the sushi is always perfect! I've been coming here for over 5 years.
Late night Saturday special is a serious bargain, even with the reduced menu, you're still looking at some mighty good sushi.

Our server, Cali, did a fantastic job at making sure we were very comfortable and had all of our needs met! She unfortunately was humiliated by one of the sushi chef in front of everyone when she accidentally took a plate when “it wasn’t ready”. My family and I come here a lot and know when the plates go on the glass, they are ready. It was very unprofessional of the sushi chef to do it in front of all of the employees and customers to her. We were here at 8pm on Friday 11-8-24. We believe she did an amazing job and deserves to be treated better.
