Food is made to perfection, so much flavor and the salsas are 🔥!! From breakfast to lunch and even dinner because their birria is so good! Definitely recommend this place!

Exceptionally delicious food, especially the campechano tacos. Their hours on Google Maps aren’t accurate though. Sometimes I waste a work break coming over here and the truck just isn’t here.

I came with a large group of friends on a whim and they did wonderful!! The staff was all amazingly nice and attentive, the food was DELICIOUS, and a very good price. It will 100% be a regular spot for me going forward.

We grabbed breakfast and lunch burritos as we headed out of town and oh my goodness were they delicious!!!!!! The portions are BIG I’m surprised the Taco Bell nearby is still in business with this place nearby!!! Service was friendly and prompt. Homemade salsas were fresh and fabulous. You won’t be disappointed if you swing by to fill your belly.
Carne Asada street tacos were great! Quesabirria with dipping sauce also great.

The food here is absolutely incredible — hands down some of the best Mexican food around. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because it’s hard to catch them open in the mornings. I’ve tried stopping by around 8:15am on weekdays a few times (when Google says they should be open), but haven’t seen the truck open yet.
I’d honestly be here 1–2 times a week if they were reliably open at 8am, so hopefully the morning hours get a little more consistent. That said, when they are open, the food never disappoints.

Off Road Mexican Food is hands down one of the best hidden gems in American Fork! The food is fresh, flavorful, and packed with authentic taste. The tacos are incredible, especially the carne asada, and the burritos are huge and loaded with meat and toppings. You can tell they really care about quality because everything tastes homemade. The staff is super friendly and quick, making the whole experience even better. If you’re craving authentic Mexican food with big portions and great prices, this is the spot. Definitely worth stopping by—you won’t be disappointed!
