Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

The service was fast and friendly and our server Jared was absolutely amazing !!!! Definitely coming back clean restrooms and dining area was very charming! Loved it!!

My parents recently visited your restaurant for the first time and left very disappointed. Their server (blonde hair, name unknown) was unprofessional and dismissive. Out of a party of four, three meals arrived quickly while the fourth came only after the others had finished. When they complained, dessert was offered, but only three were brought instead of four, got told it was only per one person. Overall, the experience was poorly handled and left a very bad impression.

The food was excellent this time around but what my partner and I enjoyed most was our server! She was super sweet and checked in with us to make sure everything was good! Super friendly and we wish her the best. Thank you Rian for making our night delightful!

It is a chain Italian restaurant. The staff was very friendly, atmosphere is as of someone thinking about what Italy is in 1994. Food was ok, not well seasoned, which can be expected for a restaurant that is to serve 80+ tables

When I first arrived and ordered the chicken gnocchi soup I was told it wasn't ready and would need to wait 10 to 15 minutes. I was patient and waited. Then when I ordered my pasta entrée the pasta was severely undercooked. I sent the dish back and was told that i either needed to wait an additional 15 minutes for new pasta to be cooked or order an entirely different shape of pasta. Over all I left disappointed and unsatisfied with my meal. I would pass on the sandy location.

I love Olive Garden, I always have. I’m so glad they deliver now. But they NEED to change their delivery partner. Uber Eats SUCKS. They literally canceled our order for no reason, because the driver couldn’t figure out how doors work, and we’re stuck without food. I have to go out to get curbside despite being in a lot of pain right now. Tried to call Uber support and didn’t get anything, there’s
not even a support number FOR uber eats. Please, please, olive garden, ditch Uber Eats. They’re a scam

Our server Shaeden was literally the greatest! I’m already an Olive Garden fan, but she took such good care of us, I can’t say how nice and attentive she was. 100/10!

We went for a company party and even though we had reservations months in advance, they seated another family with our group so one table of our group had to sit elsewhere. They were very rude, not accommodating at all, and the food was meh. New management?
