Set up text alerts for my online order, but the messages never came through. Half an hour later I finally call to ask about my order which they day was done but never notified me. Asked if there was anyway I could get a new pizza since mine would be lukewarm at best by the time I drove over, picked it up, and went home, but the employee on the phone said there was nothing he could do to help me. Refused to give me the name or number of his boss/supervisor. Very unprofessional and I am very displeased.

WARNING!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!! I waited well over 2 hours for one pizza and a bag of breadsticks, the workers were very rude, basically ignored me the entire time because they were too busy laughing with each other instead of doing their job!! I don’t know why I waited as long as I did but I did and I actually ended up leaving empty handed!!! I wish I could give negative stars because it’s THE ABSOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCE EVERRRR!!!

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! READ FIRST! Worst service ever! I place an order at 5:15 and delivery time is 6pm. Pretty long, but I am ok with it. 6 o'clock comes and goes. I check the online tracker, it's been updated to be 6:39pm. Annoying, but ok. 6:39 comes and goes and the tracker updates to be 7:10... I see the driver is all the way in south Provo! 40 mins away and going towards Mapleton! I call to complain and they said they could remake it for us, but didn't offer any kind of compensation... How can a business behave like this?! If you want pizza, do not order from this location. Such a joke! If I could give less than one star, I would.

Placed online order, never received confirmation email it was done. So I Walked in 40 min after ordering stumble in to employee fighting on the phone with a customer. They grab my order and forgot the cheese breadsticks. 70 bucks for 2 crappy pizza and boneless wings.

I order in the app to get any discounts and specials... but I always call the store I'm ordering from to remind him to please make it excellent and to my specifications, they can get very busy so it's best to give them a heads up if you want some damn fine pie...

Mediocre pizza, but fine. Customer service is pretty good. Only problem is there are no light on in the parking lot and they don’t turn the sign on. I drive past it and the parking lot is super dark. Get a street light out there.

Dang fellas, what a rough night. I know it's not the employees fault, but the system fell apart tonight. Orders were getting dropped, people were waiting a super long time. Door dash and deliveries were getting prioritized while their waiting room was filled with hungry and increasingly angry patrons. The workers were doing their damnedest, but the orders kept on coming in and they got further and further behind.
Man, eff this manager for allowing this to happen to these employees, the cashier felt pressure to resist refunds because of policy, but nothing could really undo the Trainwreck of overworked employees and hangry customers. It put a sour taste in multiple customers.
