Listen, I have been patient with the inconsistent quality of the pizza from this store because it’s the only papa John’s around. Sometimes it’s good. Usually just ok but more often than not it’s the wrong food, missing sauces, or like tonight, COMPLETELY BURNED. How are you going to deliver a pizza to someone for almost $40 knowing it’s charred? Seriously not cool. There are way too many pizza options around to keep dealing with this. NOT COOL PAPA JOHNS

Pizza was clearly dropped upside down and they had the nerve to just deliver it knowing it was messed up.Edit: Talked to the manager and they remade the pizzas and sent them with their own driver. Apparently they use the 3rd-party delivery services like DoorDash, GrubHub or whatnot to deliver to some locations.Here's the dude carrying the pizzas sideways and then actually flipping one over on the stair!

I used to come here all the time and I never had a problem with anything . There used to be some Mexicans there that I saw everyday and they were very hard workers . Now it looks like there gone and there new employees suck ? they always get my order wrong and there’s a girl with glasses who’s always is rude to me. Never coming back again !!! I’m so DISSATISFIED. SIUUUUUU

Food is typically decent. Latest experience - I put in an order on the app. It says it’ll be ready in about 16 minutes. I drive over and arrive close to the time it should be ready. I wait for close to half an hour.The estimated time definitely needs to be “fixed”. What was 16 minutes was actually 47 minutes.It would be helpful if the person working front of store (at least acted) like they gave a darn. She has zero interest in trying to help, didn’t mention or say anything as I stood there for what seemed like ever. ??Literally she could have said they are running 25m behind (or anything) and it would have been helpful.Eventually one of the guys in back yelled up at me asking my name for the order - at least someone tries.?EDIT down to 1 star - five minutes after writing the review wife got home… opened the box and the effing pizza isn’t even cooked. Never going back

Great Customer Service!!!! I will only ever come to this location. Everyone was extremely nice & helpful. I live in Saratoga Springs but it is definitely worth the drive to get the fresh, delicious nom noms from here. Highly recommend this place. I didn't experience anything bad whatever.
I had hair in my pizza that I bought today. After, calming my gag reflex, I called to complain. The manager told me she could give me a discount on a pizza or totally remake my pizza. Why would I want a discount or another pizza? I told her I don't want to ever eat your pizza again. She seemed unapologetic and unphased. Gross!

Wow, I've been to multiple Papa Johns and none have been nearly as bad as this one. The lady taking my order didn't know that bell peppers is the same thing as green peppers (said they didn't have bell peppers) and almost seemed annoyed/put off that we were just making a normal order? Not only that, the pizza came out disgusting. Luke Warm sauce, hardly any toppings, and it still took like 30 minutes to get the pizza. Probably wouldn't recommend getting pizza here unless something changes.

Wow. This place is busy on a Friday night. They just have had 20+ employees working in that small space. Trying to keep track of all the pizzas being created and the many other items they produce. It seems like they would have a better way to let you know when you pizza is ready. Maybe a video screen line Pizza Hut? Or something. There have been a time or two where I've waited 10-15 minutes all while it was ready. Time to get the right tools in place to help!The pizza is always awesome! The employees are always great.

Haven't been to Papas for a few months. I don't know if something changed, but it is not good. Got 3 pizzas, all 3 crust was super dry, flavor was bland. Nothing like I remember. Won't be back if this is the new face.

I have sincerely tried to give these guys the benefit of the doubt on multiple occasions. The fact that the manager at this location had felt it was necessary to call me back to let me know I was wrong says it all. 2 wrong address deliveries. 3 seperate drivers calling me to complain that they had to deliver " out of bounds ". This is extremely out of line. I order on one account for 2 seperate locations. The " manager " should be allowed to handle these interactions in person. He might come away with a different perspective. If you live in Saratoga Springs don't bother with this company. I will no longer be using their services.
