I had a very negative customer service experience. The employee taking my order became impatient and interrupted my order to serve someone else, leaving me until last. Even if I was taking a bit longer, this was unnecessary and unprofessional. This is something he had previously done to my mother as well in a past day. She does not speak English and received similarly poor treatment. This pattern is concerning.

So far so good, I have used this location multiple times, and it seems like the food is usually ready a few minutes earlier than I order it to be done, or a few minutes earlier than their estimate. So keep that in mind when you are picking up. I would say it is better or worse than other carryout pizza places. Employees have always been nice here.

The pizza tasted very good. I got stuffed crust. The service was very good because the cashier suggested I do this survey so I could get free cheese bread. I waited in the building for my Pizza and the building was very cold, so that could’ve been better.

In October 2025, we visited Pizza Hut in American Fork, Utah. We were buying the Personal Pizzas Promotion, and the pizzas tasted great. Pizza Hut makes great food, and this is a great promotional offer that is available on Tuesday nights through October.
