Normally I don't really care about the quality of pizza since it's just fast food but they sent me a pizza without any sauce at all that was burnt which makes it surprisingly hard to eat. It really can not be that hard to make a peperoni pizza edible.

Ordered online. 1 hour wait time, fine it's busy. 30 minutes in, I get a text that they've handed it off to door dash. Almost called and canceled the order. 50 minutes later, as in 20 minutes past when it was supposed to be delivered, I get a messaged that it had been handed to me. It had not. I go to front desk to check, and the driver just left it on the ground. One of the boxes was even open. Wasn't even close to my order.
I feel bad for the manager, as this seems to be pretty common now. But she did refund my order.

Worst management team. Makes order incorrect then mouths off to customers when asked to make things right or refund the incorrect order. Refuses to do job and instead mouths off disrespectfully to adults. This manager should be fired. Disgusting customer service

AF Pizza Hut is terrible. They use outside sources to deliver and sometimes you never receive your order.. then the process of getting a refund is ridiculous. Still waiting. Sat on hold with store for over an hour trying to resolve issue and receive refund for food never received.

Ordered pizza last night for delivery, waited an HR for door dash to show? The # for the driver I called said on the msg he couldn't find me, so I called & he didn't speak english & hung up on me. So I called there store, told them that I hadn't rec'd my pizza & the communication problem with the driver. So aside from being delayed over an hour, I decided to look for the driver? Found him on the app 2 blocks away, just sitting! Very disappointed with service & there pizza was cold & under cooked.
So I called the store & spoke too Sebastian, calling himself the manager. He told me " he would refund the cost of my order. So I called today to make sure it was taken care of & there's no one answering my call. If I only could leave zero stars!!

Went in the to get a pizza. Both employees were smoking Marijuana literally infront of the front door. I called the store hoping to speak to the manager about it. Of course I was on hold for 10minutes and they didn't even answer the phone they just hung it up. Two girls one with black hair one with brunette. Absolutely wild

Ordered pizza on the app then my wife went down to pick up the pizza and the one man working there said that he got no orders and the place looks like they were shutting down no lights were on and it was deader than a door nail. We called for customer support and they were absolutely no help but they did mention that our order was recently canceled by the worker there. I drove back up there and sure enough everything was shut down. As I’m writing this review, it’s still says they’re closing soon so apparently this person wanted to go out and party instead of work tonight. We will definitely be following this up. I’m hitting every level of Pizza Hut corporate. I love games. I would not go to this location ever again.

We ordered pizza and they forgot our drinks, spilt our wings everywhere and the seal on our food was torn. I called for hung up on every time and they finally said they'd have a store manager contact us and they still haven't. The picture of the wings was taken my picking them up from the bag

Received completely incorrect pizza when ordering through the app and the breadsticks had NO seasoning on it. WILL NOT ANSWER THE PHONE when I tried to get this corrected.

Finally managed to get a hold of this lady who was extremely confrontational and rude. After multiple attempts to set things right she offered a $10 credit to my account (which would not cover everything by the way). I gave her my account info to be sure it would go on the right account and after a half hour I still do not have the credit. Tried calling several times again with no luck getting through. I give up. I'm not ordering from here again.

"Look, Pizza Hut is a business, and in our view we're out to get the most money out of our customers as possible," said the employee after I asked him why he didn't tell me there was a special today when I asked him the price before I paid for my pizzas and then refused to honor the special after I asked about it.I will never patronize this business again!Here's the full encounter: This afternoon I stopped into Pizza Hut to pick up dinner for my family. There was no marquee advertising the menu, so when I asked to see their menu the employee pointed to a piece of paper taped to the counter. There were no prices listed next to the items on the menu. I asked the employee how much the medium pizzas were. He told me about $13.70 a pizza for cheese plus an additional $1.30 or so per topping. I ordered two medium pizzas with a total of three toppings between them and my total came to $36.71. I thought it was really expensive for two 1-2 topping medium pizzas, but I had spent all night in the ER with my husband and was running on fumes and just needed a simple dinner for my family, so unfortunately I went ahead and paid for the pizzas. I left and went to the store next door while the pizzas cooked, and when I came back I noticed a sign outside the door that said Buy 1 Get 1 Pizza Tuesdays. I walked inside and told the employee that I just saw the sign and realized that it was Tuesday. He told me, "Yeah, but you have to mention it to get the special." I asked him if there was anything he could do since I'd just ordered and already paid full price for the pizzas 7 min before. He told me that there was nothing he could do. I looked at the sign again, and there was nothing on it saying a customer had to ask about it in order to get the deal. I get that it was on me that I didn't notice the sign, but the more I thought about it and the fact that he didn't tell me about the special when I was asking about prices, the more frustrated I felt. I waited for my pizzas and when he brought them out to me I said, "Look, I specifically asked you how much the pizzas were and you couldn't say, 'Ma'am we have a special today?!'" Then his response floored me: "Look, Pizza Hut is a business and in our view we're out to get the most money out of our customers as possible." I said, "Wow! Then you just lost this customer for life." I don't understand that kind of lack of customer service. Times are hard for all of us, but to take advantage of customers to make a bigger buck really ticks me off. I get that I could have noticed the sign or asked about specials, but a business that purposely doesn't offer information to customers, or won't accommodate customers when asking for help, doesn't deserve my business at all.

Extra olives extra pep looks like this. I’m sorry but I spent $8 extra to go here rather than Costco for a pizza that’s 1/2 as good and 1/2 the size. I’ll learn one day

Don't even deserve one star!!! Never seen anything like it! Guy at counter opens the pizza (letting it get cold) and says, "Oh wow, there isn't hardly any bacon, oh there is a couple pieces on that one piece." And I agree and told him there's only a couple flecks on the one piece. He says - "yeah it might cost a lot more money for that topping." I couldn't believe it. He doesn't offer anything - like to remake a new one. I asked him where the mgr is and he said, "well he's busy in the back." So he tells me how much and I pay and leave. Never go there! They are horrible!!!
