I normally like this Starbucks. It's right across the street from work and I can get my order fairly quick and in general they make what I ordered. But today I was not happy. I used part of my last $20 to get a tall white chocolate mocha hot with oat milk (I'm lactose intolerant). And I left thinking I got what I wanted. Got to work and when I finally took a sip of my drink it was definitely made with regular milk. I can absolutely taste the difference and now I can't drink it. I was wanted to treat myself with the last bit of my money and it was ruined because someone didn't follow directions.

Went in the other day and picked up my coffee that I had pre-orderd. Only to find out once I’m settled in the table that their wifi was not working. I had work to do and drove a relative long way cause this was my preferred location. Complained to one of the baristas about the wifi not working but gave me a like ‘what do you want me to do about it’.

Absolutely awful service! I ordered a white chocolate and they gave me a latte instead. When I complained, they insisted that was the “white chocolate.” I told them it clearly had coffee in it, which I never asked for, and the response I got was basically, “Too bad, that’s what you’ve got.” To make it worse, they didn’t even bother to fill my lemonade properly — it was left two fingers short. Honestly, it was the worst, most disappointing experience I’ve ever had at a Starbucks.

La Bamba Surf Bar
Least favorite local location, we drive out of the way now to go to any other location to avoid this one. The coffee frap they make is literally like a white cream smoothie with no coffee flavor to it at all and they always charge ridiculous prices for nonsense that other locations don’t, like 80¢ for caramel drizzle, but a week ago it was 60¢.

Strawberries in my refresher were brown and there was a big long stick in my drink. Very disappointed.
Friendly, good-natured staff easily makes up for the road construction outside. Nice people with which to start a good day!

This is the best Starbucks in all of Utah County! Hands down. I like coming here when I am in between appointments and errands. The layout of this location is design well for customers and clean overall. Highly recommend coming here!
