This is the best Starbucks in all of Utah County! Hands down. I like coming here when I am in between appointments and errands. The layout of this location is design well for customers and clean overall. Highly recommend coming here!

I ordered a Venti Decaf Carmel Frappuccino. I get the decaf because I can’t have caffeine anymore but I love the taste of my coffee. They gave me basically a vanilla shake with whip cream and Carmel. Beyond disappointed after a hard week and morning.

They are constantly undercooking the sandwiches, even when I’ve asked them to cook it longer
The barista taking our order at the box kept cutting us off and saying they couldn't hear our order. When we got to the window they scanned my app and then shut the window. They came back a while later handed us our drinks, which were made correctly. As I was asking for a straw they shut the window and skipped off away from the window. He was very rude and I will not be going back to this location.

This has been consistently my favorite Starbucks in the area to visit- in store and drive thru! The baristas are friendly and know their stuff! I know starbucks has shifted towards focusing of speed of service (which has never disappointed me here), but with the quality here I wouldn’t mind the wait!
