I went here on 3-16-25 at around 3:00 pm there was a girl with short black hair taking my order she was very rude when talking to me and had even rolled her eyes at one point the other girl with curly hair was very nice and professional

Waiting over 5 mins to order, two employees just standing there! Not even a hi. One of them passed by 3 times didn't even look at me to say one min or anything. Her name is Claire a Believe is what her name tagg said. And this happened on 8/24 @ 6:23 pm! I was the only one inside. So, I just left.

The most overrated franchise on the planet its trash. I've been to Starbucks in multiple states and cities, and I always think you know some fast food places are bad because of bad management, so I'll try it again. No, they all suck all of them. Don't waste your money. Find a local coffee shop it's gonna taste better, and it's not gonna be that much more if not the exact same or less. It's gonna have fresher ingredients and better quality. Do yourself a favor and avoid the bucks.

The workers are absolutely rude! From rolling eyes at customers, using a terrible tone of voice when communicating to customers, and getting mad when you ask for an item you ordered and they forgot. It was obvious they were also trash talking customers and weren’t even trying to hide it. The drinks were DISGUSTING and were given out half way full (not to mention after spending $20 on only two drinks and a cakepop). The area wasn’t clean at all. I am NEVER coming back to this Starbucks.

They have messed up my online order multiple times.Today I got a ds bacon sandwich and plastic was cooked in with my sandwich.They are so busy there they don't look at the orders correctly or watch what they are making.So gross
