I went here on 3-16-25 at around 3:00 pm there was a girl with short black hair taking my order she was very rude when talking to me and had even rolled her eyes at one point the other girl with curly hair was very nice and professional

Waiting over 5 mins to order, two employees just standing there! Not even a hi. One of them passed by 3 times didn't even look at me to say one min or anything. Her name is Claire a Believe is what her name tagg said. And this happened on 8/24 @ 6:23 pm! I was the only one inside. So, I just left.
Barista picking her ears while making a drink? That’s what I saw 4:30pm Sunday. Glad the service took long enough that I noticed it. Yikes!

The most overrated franchise on the planet its trash. I've been to Starbucks in multiple states and cities, and I always think you know some fast food places are bad because of bad management, so I'll try it again. No, they all suck all of them. Don't waste your money. Find a local coffee shop it's gonna taste better, and it's not gonna be that much more if not the exact same or less. It's gonna have fresher ingredients and better quality. Do yourself a favor and avoid the bucks.
