Please tell me why it says on Google that they close at 9 but when we got there at 8:05 there were closed. Please change it Google, or don’t close an hour early.

Well I would have put a no stars I was pretty upset I drove the 35 minutes to this location and they were closed an hour early And then I ended up just parking the car right there but I decided where to go next because we kind of had our hopes up and the person got in their car and backed up was in there honking at me. I was about to get out of my out of my car and say what so the time on Google isn't correct you guys need to correct that or not close an hour early but I decided to just leave my opinion here.... So if you're out or different from the time you guys actually close maybe you guys should let Google know so that people aren't driving there and expecting something different. Communication is great I promise it works

My son and I went to store #537 in American Fork tonight. Tried to go through the drive thru but was told they were too busy and I needed to go inside. I went inside. 2 people behind the counter. My son and I were the only customers there. We began to order but realized there were bugs crawling on the bread. The workers didn’t seem to realize until we said something. Needless to say, we left and went to Jimmy John’s.

Went in at 8:35pm and when i was asking to add the veggies in, the lettuce was brown and they had no spinach (of course they tried to hide it with the covers). Had to go home and cut lettuce.. waste of time and money

First we waited so long to be actually acknowledged that we had turned to walk out by the time they did. I should have just left. We could barely understand the guy helping us. He didn't even know what was on what we were ordering. We started eating at home because I was done by the time we got the food and just wanted out of there. The sandwich tasted off. I couldn't tell why until my child told me it was the lettuce. Sure enough, the lettuce tasted like a rotten dishrag. So gross! ? I will never go back. Subway just doesn't care anymore.

The service is really good ?they welcome people to the store. the food is really good my favorite is the new pepperoni dipper with the Baja Chipotle it's the best ??the chicken salad wap too I really recommend it. The best drink they have is the red creme soda you should try it too. Y'all should go check it out.

Wondering what the deal is with this place go there at 7 o’clock in the evening and they are closed are they that terrible that no one wants to go there and give them business if they’re gonna do this they are just close all the way up and tear the building down The owner owned the hair salon next-door and I was told she’s terrible at running businesses. I can see that now.

Everyone, we got the best subway here in AF! They got the Philly, the meatball sandwich, the nutrition, etc!; if you live here in American fork, it’s a must get for cheat days and other days. Parking is a bit difficult because you have to pass the drive thru which can be easy, but usually not that easy if there is a lot of people. So enjoy the subway in AF!
Worst experience ever. My boyfriend and I went in together. They rushed him to pay and after asking if we were paying together 5 times still didn’t ring it up properly. My sandwich hadn’t even been made before they rushed us to pay. My sandwich was pretty much just bread. They gave me 5 pieces of meat for the whole sandwich and didn’t listen when we were telling what to put on the sandwiches. My boyfriend told the lady 5 times to put pepper jack and they still gave him provolone. After they rushed us to pay no one had put veggies on mine and I had to stand there awkwardly for almost 10 minutes while everyone walked away or started making other orders wondering why I was still standing there like my unfinished and paid for sandwich wasn’t also right in front of them. They then proceeded to not even cut our bread all the way through which is pretty much all we paid for. Horrible service.

I came to this location as it has a drive through. Not worth the wait and they did not even give a decent portion for our sandwich order. We got two sandwiches, one of them was a new sandwich called the Monster. I thought that it was two scoops of meat for the sandwich and they only did half of what would be shown if you were to go inside to order. We noticed this at home and were very disappointed that we had to drive back as we live in a different county. I had called to ask if I brought it back if they could remake it and they said they could they would just need to have the sandwich. I drove back to the store and they said I would have to pay AGAIN for the sandwich to get the correct sandwich how it should have been in the first place! How disappointing it is that you have to pay extra to just have the sandwich how it should have been. Negative stars would be given if applicable. Not worth the price, quality, and service given.

Door Dash sent me a text that my order was delivered, but it never arrived. Then I called the restaurant over 10 times and no one answers. I will go after work and get a refund, but I will never use Subway or Door dash again. Answer your phones!!
