I used to love this Taco Bell and the past few times we have been our food has been cold and cheese not melted. We get the chicken quesadilla & grilled cheese steak burrito and the cheese inside and outside on burrito is still cold and shredded. Super disappointing since these are some of the more expensive menu items.

I’m sorry but the employee didn’t say a word to me and handed me my Baja blast that was SO water and had zero flavor to it. When i asked if they could add syrup, he said no i don’t know how. He didn’t even try to get help until i asked him to go ask for help!
After he went and asked for help he said “my boss told me no”. So they didn’t fix their Baja blast AT ALL and weren’t willing AT ALL. Such a joke!

Nacho Fries were cold and hard as a rock. Came in at 9:20 so I thought this was plenty of time to come before close to still get fresh food but it unfortunately appears not. Fries felt like they had been left out for hours. Both the cheesy Gordita crunches and the grilled cheese burrito were all similar low quality. Spent almost 30 dollars so this is super disappointing. In this economy sometimes people can only afford to eat out once in a while. I hope you’re employees consider this next time.

The waiter was awesome, patient with my little one and answered all of my food allergy questions and went made sure there wasn't any of the things I'm allergic to in my order🥰 and not just guess. Wish there was people like him everywhere!

Victoria was very cruel and sassy as I ordered through the drive through. Over the microphone she told her co worker how slow I was to order so I could hear it. When I got to the window she said I need to speak quicker because if I don’t I’d hold up the line of cars behind me..but there was no one behind me. Very unprofessional.

Honestly don't know what happened to taco bell, they got the best food, but service has gone dramatically downhill. 20 min for a large drink cup ordered by kiosk, third in line to order...

Rediculous, first time in quite a while and last. 20 minutes for two tacos. They need a separate counter, maybe a separate kitchen, for door dash, a bunch of weirdos standing and waiting around and in front of the counter.
Update, 30 minuites for two tacos.

30 minutes sitting in the drive thru is beyond me. I would've just left but you are trapped in the drive thru.... and they still got my order wrong. There was only 2 other cars in the drive thru wow.

My husband just went to the drive thew and was on phone with me to get my order. The person inside walked up to him and told him to drive around because he was messing up her drive time. He saved her drive time by driving straight through. We will NEVER visit this place again. We were very offended. We'll make sure to tell everyone we know what just happened to us.

Service here is terrible. I stood at the counter for a good 5 minutes because I'm paying cash, and finally the manager comes up and says with the most condescending tone of voice, "What do you need?" I mean. I'm obviously trying to order. She was incredibly rude to the other customers in the lobby as well. Not coming here again.

My husband ordered 3 chicken tacos for me and when I opened them all up, only one of the 3 had a decent amount of chicken. I tried calling multiple times and get a dial tone which could either mean they TURNED OFF the service or they have the phone “off the hook” so no calls come through. So my husband had to drive back to physically show them the 2 chicken tacos had literally one piece of chicken in it. Who does that? How do you forget to add the chicken to a chicken taco? Ridiculous. The icing on this nasty cake was the one taco that had chicken in it, the chicken was hard, dry, cold and OLD. Had to throw it away. Disgusting!
