I have been to Tapa Sushi many times! And they have never disappointed me! Everything I have tried has been delicious! The atmosphere is always nice and the service is great. Always happy to recommend Tapa to anyone!

We have never had a bad experience here. We are faithful customers. We do couple night often.ay favorite dinner plate is the Katsu Chicken and the Volcano roll is so good. Their gyosa… too much awesomeness to describe all of them. the people who work there are kind and attentive and I love the half off nights.

The flavor was good. Some rolls were flavored less but I give 2 stars because the SERVER sometimes will Be chatting to another server and take her time to come get our order with a bad face. Btw, the other server was putting his butt on a table while taking an order. At the end the girl came to us to pay and as soon as I tap my phone on to pay she turned around and left with the same bad face not even saying thank you for coming. I really thought she forgot something and will come back because of the way she did it. Anyway I regret even leaving a bad tip. The bad tip I was leaving was for the poor service. I don’t think is fair to tip someone who doesn’t even want people coming. I loved the place but not coming back.

Awesome Customer service! We love tapa, but had an issue with an online order that sent to American fork instead of Saratoga springs. They took great care to fix it and have the right location prepare my order. Thank you!
Disappointing experience. We waited about 45 minutes for our food, and when it finally arrived, part of our order was wrong. Rather than try to make it right, the server got defensive and tried to blame us saying that we must have ordered the wrong thing. Too bad, the food is good when they get it right, but you're going to be waiting a while to get it. There are plenty of other sushi restaurants in town with better, faster service

Alright. I've had a few different dishes here now and at this point, it has become more than time to give these guys the honest review that they deserve! The first time I made this Tapa location my choice for a meal, I ordered take out. I got the shrimp and scallops noodle entree. It was carefully boxed and still presentable when I arrived home with it. It was hands down DELICIOUS! 🤤 The seafood meat as excellent and the sauce was superb. Portion was normal. A tad bit on the smaller end but it was worth the price. The second time I decided to chose these guys for a meal, I again got take out, I went with a discounted lunch special. It was a pork loin donburi. It came with katsu fried pork on top of a bed of white rice and steamed vegetables. Let me first say that for the price I paid which was very affordable at like 13 bucks, The portion was HUGE. I could not finish it in one sitting. No way, no chance. It was very tasty. 😋 It served as two meals because I thought the portion was so large, and I'm an average sized person. The third time I decided to choose this place for a meal, I went in person with my roommate. We ordered sushi and ramen. Although I cannot speak highly of the ramen, because I've had better, I'm not going to sit here and trash talk this place in any way shape or form, I'm sure the ramen would be acceptably good to some people but I have a certain spot that I prefer for ramen specifically, the sushi was very fresh. It had a salty type of taste to it like an oceany taste. It was very good. Not a lot of options on the sushi menu which was kind of a bummer but the quality and flavor for some will make up for it. And the fourth time I decided to try this place, I'm actually currently eating my take out right now. I got the what is called on the menu donburi beef. It is lip smacking and finger licking good. It came with perfectly cooked, I'd say medium to medium well steak. Yes steak not just some random beef. It was sirloin. A generous portion of meat, on a bed of white rice and tempera battered deep fried vegetables. Carrots, yams, & zucchini. Absolutely delicious. I would recommend ordering an extra side of teriyaki sauce. Look, If you're thinking about trying this place then don't sleep on it, and look no further, as I was thoroughly impressed. In this terrible economy, when food is so expensive everywhere you go, if you're going to pay $15 to $20 for a single plate... then this is exactly the place you want to go to for ensurance of getting good portions and quality flavor and super yummy good. The food was so amazing. The steak was great and the sushi was delicious. However, the server wasn’t that friendly. I noticed that we could have been discriminated for being a younger couple. Everyone had a really friendly man serving them while were the only ones who had a younger lady who barely said anything and had some attitude. We were considering ordering more and getting dessert but didn’t really have the opportunity. I noticed that we were asked to pay through an ipad that displays the tip where the other tables got to write it in after having their card run. Not sure how they can have her as a server, would do better as a busser. Overall uncomfortable situation. The food was actually so good, but the service didn’t match the price.

Amazing food! Unfortunately the service we have received was not compatible with our $120 bill. Really unfriendly server, would pretty much run away from us except to bring drinks. We were willing to spend some more, but felt uncomfortable with how unfriendly and unwelcoming our server was. Excellent food though!
