Terrible customer service, and after taking my food back more than once, because it was wrong. I had to actually walk up and just tell them to hand me the vegetables that go on my burger. It was very bizarre. Just be careful if you're ordering food for you and another person. We both ordered the same burger, but they gave me the same toppings as my husband. Which was nothing, and when I sent it back they returned it without the vegetables again. I finally had to go up and ask for them. It was weird, maybe it was their ticketing system or the way their receipts read the order. I don't know, but it was frustrating.

One of my favorite burger places. They make the food fairly quick and the burgers are large so a single patty is usually enough. The French fries and fry sauce is awesome. And I highly recommend their milk shakes.

This used to be one of my favorites, but recent changes have ruined it for me. Quality has decreased, and worst of all they switched to Pepsi products, yuck!

We typically like this location. The last 2 times we have found plastic in our food. The first time it was in my kids chicken nuggets which we showed the staff and gave to them. The 2nd in our hamburgers. Who is your supplier and what is going on?!

Habit Burger offers a solid burger experience with good fries to match. It's a reliable choice when you're in the mood for a burger but can't decide where to go. The restaurant is clean and well-maintained, providing a pleasant environment for a quick meal. However, I’m not a fan of being prompted for a tip before any service is provided. Tipping should be reserved for exceptional service, not just meeting standard expectations. Overall, Habit Burger is a nice spot for a casual meal, but the tipping culture could use some reconsideration.

Never got my food. Waited for everyone to finish eating and still no food. Told them I wanted a refund waiting for the refund. But I guess a coupon for my next visit is the same thing as eating today.
