We tried to order the special at the kiosk, but it wasn't on the menu. So, we canceled the order & spoke to the human at the cash register, who told us when inventory starts getting low, the kiosk drops menu items. She (at the register) punched in our order for the special, asked us to sign the receipt (which asked for a 15%, 20%, 25%, or other amt tip), and we seated ourselves, picked up our order ourselves, ate by ourselves, & cleaned up our table ourselves. Food was pretty good. But prices were very high. Owners: Pay your employees fair wages and quit screwing the customers out of more and more money so you can have less and less staff do half the work.

Truly they have perfected the Meat/Cheese ratio. I love a good In-n-Out burger but as much as I really enjoy cheese, their Meat/Cheese ratio is to heavy in Cheese. You have to order a 2x1 or a 3x2. But the Habit is one of the best chain burgers I've had. I'm a customer for life, it's a habit I'll never break.

Wanna make customers angry by putthing things on a fake 1/8th inch burger like week old avacado and then being angry with a person cause it came out cold and getting charged 18.50+2 dollars gruitity for them to sit around. Go here. Worst experience for any burger place i've ever been. Would rather have gone to burger king and had the burger king employee spit in my food because the spit probably would have tasted better than this.

This is our first time going to this location. We were disappointed with the food. We ordered the Santa Barbara Char - it was missing the grilled onions. We kept saying what's missing and that was it. Going back to the Sandy location from now on.
