Have tried a number of different standard bowls and liked them all...you can also make your own. The space is large inside with lots of tables and some outdoors as well. You order at the counter and food comes out...medium speed food. Eat here often.

The service was great! We tried the braised beef, chicken, Mac and cheese, mashed potatoes, beets and sweet potatoes. They were all delicious. The portion sizes were great and perfect to share with our kids.

Generally Vessel is really good. However, I’ve told management this before and was totally dismissed but they have far too heavy a hand with sesame oil. Sesame oil is a REALLY strong and overpowering flavor and it is really easy to go overboard. I’ve run into it with the carrots side (barely too much) and the couscous (WAY too much. Rendered the couscous inedible). This is not a matter of taste or opinion. They add too much.

I discovered this gem a couple months ago and this has become one of my go-tos. I love healthy food that is also tasty, and this place fits the bill. It’s not the cheapest place but portions are good and I will usually split a serving between a normal and later smaller meal. Their dishes are pretty unique and flavorful. Staff is friendly and will give you suggestions. Great spot for a date night!

I can't click five stars enough. My new, favorite restaurant in Utah County. Everything we've ordered is fantastic. Love the store's ambiance. Clean, open and un cluttered. Staff was polite, even when I knocked the sign off the to-go pick up rack. I'll be looking for Vessel's everywhere I go. Thank you!

I got my weekly med bowl last night, and it was inedible. Every bite of had an unidentifiable sandy like sprinkling. It was like someone dumped sand on my couscous, hummus, broccoli and falafel I would’ve taken it back, but I got it to go. I didn’t eat it because it was so bad. I couldn’t figure out what the awful gritty, sandy coating was on everything! This place is typically five star. Super disappointed!

Last night we enjoyed a trip to Vessel Kitchen, in Farmington Station. My husband had the chicken and greens with 1/2 & 1/2 coconut rice & sweet potato hash. I had the med- wow! Was it amazing... I loved all the flavors. I really enjoyed their falafel as the protein & It came with a side of hummus and pita chips, which blew me away. It was so good! I'm craving them, so... Today we went to the vessel inn American fork today and got take out. This time we tried the Utah bowl and the high tide... And of course a side of pita chips and hummus. Yum 😋 so good The bathrooms were clean and fresh. The dining area was large and they have a very cute patio seating outside. The staff was very helpful and let you taste and try samples before you order them. Which is nice because some things, I had no idea what they were. But they tasted amazing. I love this place. They also have one in the airport which is convenient.
I had an amazing experience at vessel kitchen ! The food was fresh, flavorful, and came out quickly, but what really made the night stand out was the service. The manager, Autumn, went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. She was welcoming, professional, and genuinely cared about making our experience special. It’s rare to see that kind of dedication these days, and it didn’t go unnoticed. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this spot to friends and family.
