I always go to this American Fork location because its closer to my house . Ive had arrived a couple times different days 10 minutes before closing , right when you go in , i can already tell the young girls with a bad attitude because its 10 minutes before closing. Also telling you we dont have this or that available on the menu, most likely because they dont want to work and are being LAZY. I understand that you might be tired from a long day of work, but this is a business . This young people are LAZY thats all i can say. Disappointing. I am paying over $50 to get multiple waffles for the family, its not free, horrible service multiple times.

Waffle Love is the best! If you like waffles then this is the place to go. They have a ton of options for everyone. My personal favorite is the chicken and waffles or the chicken sliders. It might sound weird but it’s soo good! It’s seriously the best chicken I have ever had. It’s better than chick-fil-a or raising canes. It’s so good! They also have sweet waffles which are really good! Overall, this is one of my favorite places to eat and is great for breakfast!

Food was fine - nothing overwhelming. Only one order ahead of us and it took almost 25 mins to get our two waffles. Once we got them, they were already cold… not sure why it took so long, but didn’t feel worth it.

Our food was delicious! I ordered Nutella love and my husband ordered the chicken an waffles. I tasted his chicken and it was so moist and delicious.

Absolutely horrendous service from the staff this AM. They didn’t acknowledge us for quite some time when we walked today on a Saturday AM, then once they took our order they messed around and joked around while we waited for our two waffles. Served the girl who was behind us in line first and then gave me attitude when I finally got my food. Idk when Waffle Love went so downhill
