Really? The milk I ordered for my son was obviously opened (seal at top was pulled halfway off) and partially consumed. Gross! I would never give my child something like that. Not a fan, and I don't plan to visit this Wendy's again.

Bad experience again in this location..... daves double was terrible.... poor quantity of lettuce and the sauces was all out of the sandwich basically ...and again they forgot the sauces bbq and ranch and one of the Most important thing when u decide to pick up food through the drive thru ...yes ...they forgot the STRAW ....supose to be simple .... but they become complicated .....

Horrible experience, per usual. My entire order was messed up even though I corrected them multiple times.
- Coke instead of Diet Coke
- Chicken sandwich instead of Dave’s single
- 4 piece nugget instead of 6
- paid for a juice box, didn’t receive it.
The blonde employee working the window glared at me when I informed her the coke was supposed to be Diet Coke, and was very annoyed when we asked for the correct nuggets. She was also had earbuds in which would explain why she wasn’t paying attention enough to get a single thing in my order correct.
I didn’t notice many of the mistakes till I got home. I called multiple times and nobody answered.
This Wendy’s is a joke but I guess what do you expect these days.

Side note- the cheese on the chicken sandwich looks absolutely vile.

Every time I’ve been here they have messed up my order! I got chicken nuggets and there was only fries in the bag! Not to mention I waited 20 minutes for my food and all I got was some crappy fries, I went back to get my food I ordered and they said they couldn’t help me

First time here and the worst experience I ever had . The guy at the window was completely rude. He did not want to help me , didn't tell me the amount or give me a receipt . I asked for bbq sauce but they didn't give me any, so when I asked for it . He told me I know we didn't give it to you , I was just waiting for you to say something..So you knew there was no bbq sauce and wanted me to ask again??? No fries and no bacon on the Junior bacon cheeseburger sandwich. The girl with the black hair and face tattoos threw my order at me too . The guy at the window with curly hair needs to quit his job because he hates it . 2:00 today this happened .

Ordered online. Every item was incorrect in one way or another. All buns were stale and crunchy on the outside. No wild special request, something simple like with the nuggets, not getting the sauce that was on the order. Krusty Krab burger, add bacon, missing. JBC add extra cheese, missing....we all get the point, the list goes on. After my wife went to pick up the food, somehow it wasn't ready when she got there 15 min after ordering it online, yet she was asked to pull forward so she did, when the food was brought to her everything was cold. So I'm confused at if it wasn't ready then how was it cold? Moving on, it was missing the sauce for the nuggets and she asked about it and was rudely told "you can go back through the drive through and get some" after the worker sighed and rolled his eyes and then walked off. That level of disrespect is uncalled for for such a simple request that was only made from the employees incompetence and frankly if your employees act that way with the wrong person, there's gonna be issues. The cherry on top, I had multiple hairs, half in and half out of my drink with the lid nicely holding them in there. I truly hope this place goes out of business or changes management and completely reset the store. From Back of house employees who cant read orders and make awful food to front of house customer facing employees who are super rude, this place needs to hit the reset button.

Do not eat here late night their food is always cold and old, I stop eating here for 5 months Because I was never happy with Their food, and I order from here tonight and all of my food was cold everything!!!!!

Went through the drive thru a few minutes ago. The man there was quite an ass. Very ill tempered both at the speaker and window, no communication on what it cost or what was coming, no receipt and God forbid I asked for a cup carrier for my 4 cups. I ordered the Krabby patty meal, spicy nuggs, and a Dave's double all in combos as well. What I got were regular nugs, a chocolate frosty rather than the advertised pineapple and a bad mood now. Thanks for my old fries.

Super disappointed... Happy Birthday SpongeBob SquarePants!! My a** What a cool idea! But then you blow it on the execution... It's just Dave 's. Burger in a bag that you put thousand Island on, wow! Way to go , you must have an amazing marketing team .. You should fire them ... The pineapple Frosty was ridiculous, It was basically a vanilla shake that you squirt some kind of weird reddish sauce in, pineapples aren't red!? Did you think maybe you should use any kind of SpongeBob material for the packaging or even offer some kind of toy or gimmick that goes with it. It's called creativity. What a freaking joke this was...Also, You guys have a very serious fly problem though... Maybe that's where your guys hit the mark being like the Krusty Krab 🤣
