our family has been going here for years. most of the quality is still pretty okay. not perfect, just okay. the chicken however, it seems like the quality has decreased. like some of the chicken pieces are hard as a rock and other pieces are like really soft and mushy, like mashed potatoes. but their other food is pretty okay. the rice is one of my favorites and so is the egg drop soup. the people there are pretty nice. and they get your food out to you somewhat quickly. it just depends on how busy they are at the moment. but overall like ive said a lot the food and atmosphere there is pretty okay. (there is a reason why we’ve been going there for a long time.)

I heard legend of Whistle Wok, but only tried it for the first time today. Everyone was very patient with me despite my tourettes and the rice is the best I've ever had. I'm used to dry rice, but this was the perfect texture and super buttery. The cashew chicken was also a delight. Most restaurants use too much sauce, but this chicken was expertly spiced and balanced. The restaurant feels quaint, homey, vintage, and absolutely wonderful. My only recommendation is that you bring earplugs as it can be a bit loud for those with noise sensitivity because it is so popular. The prices are great.

4.5 stars - it’s a better Panda Express! The service was great. We liked the rice better than the noddles. We tried the sesame chicken, general tso chicken, and Mongolian pork. All were good. They were kind enough to get us fresh generals chicken instead of serving the stuff that looked like had been sitting for a while.
The prices are good and they load you up.

Whistle Wok is one of my favorite Chinese restaurants. Great prices, great flavor and great service. My favorite thing to get there is the egg drop soup, though I also love the lo mein and egg rolls. The tables and counters are always clean, and food is fresh and quickly replaced when it runs out. I highly recommend.
Good food fast and big portions too! I like the garlic chicken and the sesame chicken and I always get half fried rice and half noodles, plus a side of their delicious wontons! They are really delicious! I like Whistle Wok for Chinese fast food!

I was recommended this restaurant for months by my co-worker and I kept on forgetting to go until I finally did, I have to say this place on the outside doesn't seem like a lot and the inside is your standard Chinese style fast food however the food I got was absolutely stellar!! The fried rice is always nice and moist and not dry (Like Panda) and the orange chicken and the sesame chicken are absolutely fantastic!! I have been back at least 3-4 times already in the last month alone, the price is amazing and the amount of food you get is worth every penny. I will continue to sing my praises and suggest it to everyone in the area.
