I have been a long-time patron of Beans & Brews and have always appreciated the quality of their coffee and the pleasant ambiance. On this visit, both aspects met my expectations once again. However, I was disappointed by the conduct of the barista. My child accidentally stepped behind the serving counter twice; while a warning was understandable, the second response was delivered in a noticeably rude and raised tone, which felt unnecessary and unprofessional.
