Great place to stop on a road trip.Great ice cream. Get some and sit out on the patio and catch some vitamin D.Wish the cheese curds could be the giant size you get in Wisconsin to fry up, but they are still great.

A great place to bring the family and get some squeaky cheese. Artisan syrups and jams are available. Also, a good place for a quick bite in the cafe.

Horrible customer service. Stopped here, on a road trip to Colorado, for some ice cream and cheese. However, when I opened the bag and took out a piece of cheese there was a piece of hair on it! When I told the girl at the counter about it and asked for a new piece I was promptly given attitude as if it was my fault. The ice cream was great however, its pretty hard to screw that up. All said and done I am disappointed and will most likely not return.

Dumping milk and letting people in the community deal with it. Another example of a business this country doesn't need

Favorite place to stop for ice cream on the way north or south along I-15. Nice, big, hand-scooped ice cream cones for a reasonable price. They also have cheese curds and a lot more. But the ice cream is what keeps us coming back.

Great place to stop on your way to or from St. George! I love the different flavors of ice cream, and I love even more how much they give you!

How can you promote cache valley cheese when you have nothing to do with cache valley..cheese plants in Smithfield are owned by Schreiber foods and gossners in Logan?

We have gone here for years on our way to southern Utah. Squeaky cheese and ice cream have always been family favorites! The new location is huge and they now serve food. Everything we ordered was delicious! My only criticism is their kids grilled cheese was served on sourdough bread. I understand they are going for high quality food, but they should put the bread type on the menu.

Stopped at The Creamery on our way to Richfield, after having heard it advertised on KSUB Morning Show. Of course, we both ordered grilled cheese sandwiches. These were delivered on metal trays with nice fries and a large dill wedge, and promptly devoured! We also walked around their interesting gift/souvenir store, and tasted 6 of the 8 cheeses set out to sample. My vote goes to the pepper jack and the habanero jack. Great heat that stayed with me for miles down the road!

Cache valley cheese sold out to this joint, but the cheese curds are still the best ever. Located just behind the original store, but 10 times the square footage and looks like plans to expand the inventory so cant wait for next trip back!

This place is much nicer than the old location. There food was fun but not extraordinary. I enjoyed the chicken avacado ranch sandwich, but I was disappointed in the mac and cheese because the cheese wasn't very smooth and needed salt. The squeaky cheese is fun and they have free samples.

Historically, we have enjoyed this place. But, I decided to downgrade my prior rating due to a poor customer experience on 9/2/19. I asked to try a flavor to see if I liked it well enough to add it to the cone I already ordered. I was informed firmly that there is a limit of one sample taste per customer and I had already tried one flavor. So I tried asking another employee, but with the same result. Management needs a wakeup call. Is it really worth creating bad feelings and losing the additional sale by training your employees to staunchly follow that policy? What are you trying to accomplish and can you do it a kinder way and add in some flexibility?

Such an amazing face lift this place has had!! It's a whole new building but it is amazing none the less!! Such a fun spot to stop and the ice cream has always been above bar! I really enjoy stopping here when I come through town and picking myself up some squeaky cheese and a sweet treat!

The cheese curds are awesome (as are all of the cheeses). I had a coffee milk shake and it was to die for. If you want good dairy products, this is the place. YUM.
