We try to stop here when heading to and from vacation. We love the ice cream and the many flavors available! It looks like the cheese tasting is gone, but we still buy many of the cheeses and they are great!
Used to be the dairy outlet store last time I came through Beaver UT on I15. NOW it's a full blown souvenir store and restaurant that serves fresh ice cream of many unique flavors... That's the number one reason I always stop here. The best ice cream no matter how cold it is outside...

Can’t be beat. From the friendliness, to the quality to the prices this place is a triple scoop success.Large outside for getting the kids wiggles out and basking under the sun. No better way to break up a road trip than with a perfect ice cream break ($4 for a single cup or cone!!?!) and a leg stretch under mountain surrounded blue skies. Highly recommend even if you only stop to use the clean bathrooms.
