This place was awesome!! The espresso was excellent. We are coffee snobs and this place hit the spot! We had the best Americanos. The service was amazing. The owner was so kind and talkative, and very knowledgeable about espresso and roasting. Relaxed, calm atmosphere. Very clean. My kids ordered the Croissant Delight and LOVED the whipped cream goodness! They mill their own flour for their breads! The muffins were super yummy! Oh and the breakfast burrito was so fresh and had amazing flavor! We will definitely be back when we road trip through Beaver UT again!

The owner built the place from scratch with heritage that goes back through generations and with no compromise on quality. Everything is made from scratch at 5 am... and the flour, yup, local.
Consider yourself lucky if you're able to talk shop about football, aviation, and life. What's even more luckier... get the coffee made off the menu.
We'll be back, regularly, regardless how far we are from Sedona, Las Vegas, Newport Beach, or Salt Lake City. #auric

We dropped in twice over the course of about 10 days on a road trip. Both times we got a mocha and a matcha latte, both delicious. One one trip we also got a cookie and a muffin. We really liked the muffin. The bathroom was very clean and well decorated. The interior of the coffee shop is also very comfortable with different couches and easy chairs and tables.

My husband and I visited this adorable and friendly establishment while traveling to Colorado from San Diego about a week ago. We were delighted to discover this gem of a place in such a rural part of Utah, but wish Robinson’s Roast were in San Diego.
Colton, one of the owner’s of this family-run business, was authentically friendly, accommodating, and super knowledgeable about coffee, in general, and espressos in particular. He and I share a lust for as many strong espressos as we can muster in a day!
Colton is an enthusiastic coffee connoisseur and that enthusiasm was very apparent in his business. Robinson’s Roast makes reasonably-priced, great coffee drinks while using the best beans AND deee-lish-us muffins! We also enjoyed the large seating area and tastefully decorated bathroom.
We were delighted to discover this gem of a place in a rural part of Utah, but wish Robinson’s Roast were in San Diego. In the future, next time we drive through this part of Utah, we will most definitely visit again!
We’re sure Robinson’s Roast will succeed and wish Colton continued success in the future!
