Wow, we were so pleasantly surprised by how good the food is. From the outside, it just looks like a little, old, practically abandoned diner. The atmospheres is classic diner, and clean. It was very quiet when we were here. We ordered the shrimp scampi appetizer, which came with the most delicious, fresh, homemade focaccia I've ever had I'm shrimp actually pan seared, larger, shrimp, and plenty of them! I got a salad, which was huge, I can't finish it, and the ranch is that most delicious perfect ranch

Had the special which was salmon and shrimp over a bed of REAL smashed taters and a few sprigs of fresh asparagus. My friend had the chicken salad. Both were FANTASTIC!! The salmon was perfectly cooked with a nice buttery crisp to both sides and the whole dish had a delicious light white sauce over it which was a beautiful compliment to everything on my plate. My friend's salad had a LOT of fresh veggies (corn in addition to the usual) on/in it. The lettuce was fresh, the avocado was perfectly green, and it was a HUGE portion. The ranch looked freshly made.The waitstaff was professional and personable. The chefs did a beautiful job! I would eat here at every opportunity!Parking: Room to park trucks, busses, pickups pulling trailers

A hidden gem! If you’re driving through southern Utah and need a break, you can’t do much better than the Timberline.
No joke this place is SO GOOD. I stopped by since we needed to charge the Tesla and - I’m super glad it’s 3 hours from home or I’d be 30lbs up! The cinnamon rolls are so good (eat it right when it comes out- hot and buttery). I got the California omelette and it was delish. We had a party of 13 in our group and everyone raved about their choices (mostly breakfast food). We will be back every time we are passing through Beaver.

I was so happy to find Timberline Restaurant in Beaver, UT between the SLC/Provo/Orem area and the St.George/Cedar City area of Southern Utah. The service is friendly. The meal offerings are solid and filling including appetizers, salads, sandwiches and dinner entrees with sides. The bathroom could have been cleaner and the coffee cups could have been slightly larger - however, that's because I am a coffee addict. I would suggest stopping by. Dinner for one, with tax and tip, ran about $22.00. Prices range from $11-$39 depending on what you order. Service is quick and with a smile. They do drop the check off before it is requested which I feel send the message that they are in a hurry and suggests you should leave instead of relax a few more moments.
