They routinely have kiosks down so ordering is impossible. The staff is not trained to take orders when the kiosks are busy. Today there were two families ordering huge orders and there was no one being served Food. Clearly, the owner does not know that this is going on or it is ignoring the fact that the kiosks are down and there is no way to order otherwise. I wonder how many sales they are missing. They make you order on a kiosk which you assume would make food come out faster but unfortunately no. The staff do not speak to people even when giving your order. But they get the job done and its convenient for location.
Ordered through the app because it would not recognize my rewards qr code. Food was bland the app ordered my food wrong I tried the pop tart strawberry mixer but they used chocolate instead of vanilla ice cream. Yuck.
