Excellent coffee and the cinnamon roll I ordered is one of the best I’ve ever had. Highly recommend stopping if you’re anywhere nearby (this place is worth driving out of the way for). Shop itself is also very charming with beautiful artwork and other handmade items for sale.
Excellent little place. Friendly, charming atmosphere, in the high desert of Utah! Excellent, and growing numbers of coffees and drinks, as well as a great assortment of local made/sourced goods and gifts! Do you want good company great drinks and gifts for your return home? See Lorelei and Jake in Bicknell!
Tasty coffee, delicious pastries, and really charming service. Vibe is relaxed and peaceful, great for getting some work done or sitting down to enjoy a drink. The local artwork is really cool as well.
Amazing cinnamon bun.A hint of honey on the frosting and caramelised sugar on the bottom. Not to mentioned crispy and flaky bun.Must have!
You have to stop here and try their AMAZING homemade cinnamon rolls!!! They were the BEST cinnamon rolls we’ve ever eaten - just the right amount of crispy and chewy with delicious frosting! The coffee was thoughtfully crafted, as well!
Very sweet little coffee shop.I had a kolache, the croissant melt, and a cold brew coffee. The kolache was delicious and had a lot of interesting herbs in there that made it very tasty. The melt had jalapenos on it that were heavenly. The iced coffee was pretty good. Quite strong and good. The vibe here is nice. The art on the wall is really interesting. Not sure why there was a shower in the bathroom but I suppose this was a house at one point. All in all I would recommend it and return.
Drove more than 12 miles from our hotel to this coffee shop on the hunt for a proper cup of coffee. The coffees we had hit the mark as did the plain croissant and blueberry turnover. So much so that we returned the next day, driving the opposite direction to our destination, just so that we could again enjoy a good cup of coffee (and another plain croissant and blueberry scone) before hitting the road to Grand Junction. Once again the coffees and pastries were delicious. The coffees today were prepared by the owners teenage children - well trained young baristas - and the display of cakes, pastries and loaves are all locally sourced. Everything was so fresh and delicious and prepared by polite young staff. The coffee shop also sells coffee beans, whole food grains as well as local art and jewellery. The restroom and establishment were immaculately clean and the shop is small and welcoming. This place was such a lucky find. Get there early in the morning to get the best choice of fresh pastries!
Coffee heaven in Utah. They properly understand what a cappuccino should be and serve this in a nice atmosphere. Friendly people running the place as well.
Awesome hidden gem! Coffee was tasty, and the pastries were amazing. Great value for the price and the service was great. I’d definitely come again if I’m in the area ?
Yes to Sweetgrass coffee!! This is the kind of unique place that makes your road trip even more delightful. In a very well decorated place, come enjoy not only great coffee, but also great breakfast food, all homemade with locally sourced ingredients. There's also an art exhibit from (I believe) local artists plus some crafts available for purchase. Staff is awesome, will definitely come back here next time I'm in the area!!

Ok, everything in pastry case looked hearty and delicious… my kids only wanted cinnamon rolls. Turned out they were the best cinnamon rolls I’ve ever had. Flaky, vanilla crème icing, chunks of cinnamon sugar…. Wow! Drinks and service were great too.
What a charming amazing little place! All the best things you want - locally made delicious food, fun drink choices and adorable location filled with local art. Please patronize them, they deserve to stay in business! Also, both the baristas were so nice ?
We visited Sweetgrass Coffee House en route between Capitol Reef and Zion National Parks. The two hosts were lovely and very kind and got us our pastries (which were very good), coffees, a granola bar, and a Utah-brewed kombucha. We appreciated the lovely art that decorates the restaurant (from artists in the area and for sale) and locally made snacks and drinks on offer -- lovely idea and the restaurant is only a year old. They packed pastries for us in nice cardboard packaging (no plastic included). Highly recommend for a coffee break or breakfast, thank you Sweetgrass team!
Dry cappuccino, peppermint mocha, strawberry danish with vanilla cream cheese were all very delicious. There was a short, but slow moving line as only two workers handled large orders of pastries and coffee. Still, the quality was worth the wait. Oh! and the cinnamon roll was superb. Also, they sold out of them shortly after we ordered ours.
Fantastic spot/stop!Fantastic people.Great coffee, they even have different flavor pop, with cane sugar. Lots of pastries and gluten free options including a fantastic feta one that has hash browns as the base.Great art as well.Thank you!!! ??? ☕️
