“We stopped in tonight while visiting Capitol Reef and it is just the cutest little shop! The ice cream was amazing and the owner was so friendly and helpful. They have ice cream flights so you can try multiple flavors…best idea ever!”
“On a cross country road trip and this is the best coffee we've found in all of Utah. The breakfast burrito was fabulous as well. We came back again this morning and will probably be back once more before we move on to our next leg of the trip. Absolutely stellar. Thanks so much!!”
“Honestly the best burger I have ever had. They are super consistent too, I have never had one that tastes bad. I love their Mushroom Bleu cheeseburger. Keep up the stellar work!”
“I had filet mignon tips which was excellent. The meat was so tender and flavorful. Kerry, our server, was a charmer. The restaurant is a great mix of rustic and refined.”
“My husband and I have been to many tastings across the USA, yet Etta’s was one-of-a-kind experience. Her Rosé cider deserves the accolades. Her Plum-favored cider brings Umami notes and would pair greatly with Mediterranean food. Do give this gem a try.”
“Excellent street tacos (the Taco de Alambre is a must try), excellent super stuffed quesadillas. High quality ingredients, prompt service. A mandatory stop after a long hike in Capitol ”
“We ate the griddle sandwich with sausage was delicious. The biscuit was out of this world, it definitely felt homemade. The breakfast burrito was very yummy as well. I got a chai latte and it was really tasty. The chocolate chip cookies and the Mexican mocha cookie were to die for!”
“My burger was amazing! Cooked to perfection and just as ordered. My house fries were so yummy, and with the fry sauce I was in HEAVEN.I love coming to Wayne County to visit my grandparents at their alpaca ranch, and we always look forward to eating here. Give Marinia’s a try!”
“We stumbled on this gem of a restaurant while visiting Capitol Reef National Park. Dinner was so good the first night, we decided to return for our second night in Torrey. The chicken emoladas were sublime. We also tried the tongue tacos, flautas, California style dry burrito and tamales. Everything was delicious, fresh, delivered quickly and beautifully presented on the plates. The salsa that comes with the chips is fantastic and the red hot sauce has excellent kick. The first night 2 of us had the incredibly refreshing jamaica agua fresca and when we returned the second night, all 3 of us had to have it. It's served in individual flip top bottles with a pint glass of ice. I wish this was in our town!”
“With a tour group and our bus broke down in Torrey. Twenty of us poured in, on a Friday night at 6pm. Despite a small staff, they immediately shifted into high gear to accommodate all of us, as well as their usual patrons! The service was personable and friendly, and took care of all of our needs with a down home friendly approach. Lluvia and her son made sure to appear very glad to see us, although it was obvious we had overwhelmed their usual staffing needs. Food was fantastic, as were the drinks. If I’m ever back in Torrey, this is top of my list of where I’ll eat!”
“Stopped in for a couple of subs for dinner recently. Wanted something simple yet somewhat healthy. We were staying at the Broken Spur so not a long ride down the hill. We were passing through on a circuit to see several of the National Parks and Torrey is a great location to stay for Capitol Reef. The food was excellent; the staff very friendly and welcoming. Overall a good experience for us. Recommend a stop here if you're hungry!”
“I ordered the chicken kabob as takeout just before closing and it was fantastic! It was so nice to eat such a delicious and nutritious meal after a very long day.”
“After a full day of exploring/hiking at Capitol Reef, we stopped here for a bite to eat and it hit the spot! The burgers were delicious and the staff were very friendly. And you can never go wrong with malts for dessert!”
“This feels like a hole in the wall of a place and delivers on taste. As a lover of both pizza and curry, this place has a great combo of the two. The Bhinda special and the curry pizza were delicious, with the Bhinda special kinda spicy. The curries and samosas by themselves were a bit overpowered with spice and wouldn't recommend - I'd keep to the pizzas. Also, fries were rockin'.For those passing through, we saved 20% by ordering first time online.”
