An amazing gem in small town Torrey while staying to visit Capitol Reef. We stumbled upon this spot in the middle of winter and were welcomed to join their annual Wassail festival. Truly amazing cider too! We hope to visit again on our next trip to beautiful Utah.
This was a great place to stop! Anne happily showed us her process for cider making. She grows SO many varieties of apples and knows her way around the art of cider making. If you have questions, she seemed very happy to talk to us and share her knowledge.They have a wide variety of ciders to try. My husband and I have been to many tastings across the USA, yet Etta’s was one-of-a-kind experience. Her Rosé cider deserves the accolades. Her Plum-favored cider brings Umami notes and would pair greatly with Mediterranean food. Do give this gem a try.
