Last night I prayed to Jesus that Color Ridge Farm and Creamery would open a branch near me. It's not likely given that it's a local business run by a farmer couple, but that's why they call it a miracle. The apricobbler ice cream was easily the most delicious ice cream I've had in my life. With bits of cobbler and delicious apricot taste, my only regret was I had no freezer to take several pints to go.
Oh my goodness. Absolutely amazing ice cream! A bunch of classic and very unique flavors, like olive oil (which was really good, tasted like buttered popcorn!) Every flavor is so good and extraordinarily creamy and delicious. They also have paleo whips, which are dairy and sugar free! So all around a lot of really tasty choices and friendly staff to go with it! Definitely recommend stopping if you can =)

SOOOOO GOOOOOD! Don't miss out on Color Ridge when you roll through Torrey. The lemon poppyseed and mint are sublime. I also love the birthday cake. The ice cream is awesome and so are the lovely owners.
