Exactly what we were looking for after long day of hiking, 4wd trails, and sightseeing. Good food, nice people, order at the counter, good beer selection. Nice size sides too. And who can stop at a place with these signs - see my photos
Not a lot of choices in the tiny town of Bluff but the Canyon Smokehouse blew our mind for simplicity of the food but with an amazing taste. The smoked meat are amazingly prepared and cooked with great choice of BBQ sauce. And the owner welcomed us very warmly with a nice chat, it was truly great.
Do not forget to taste one of the local beer !

Wow! I didn’t expect to find this good of BBQ in little Bluff, Utah! Very creative menu incorporating tastes from the area into traditional barbecue dishes. Brisket, pulled pork, and green chile Mac and cheese were all fantastic. Dessert was amazing as well!
