This is by far my favorite location. The manager Jessica is very friendly and is constantly training young adults. The staff remembers customers and is willing to talk about the menu in detail. I have been given great suggestions of what is good to try. I think the portions and the quality of food is excellent. One time I was unhappy with a topping and they fixed my salad for me. I love that the food is always made fresh.
I walk in to zupas on a dark and gloomy day. I was hoping that maybe a salad would cheer me up, but then right when I walked through the door i saw this beutifull handsome man, then I red his name tag and it was KNOX! I’ve only heard myths of his true greatness but it was breathtaking to see him in person. If I only could have left a 20 star review I would but I guess 5 is the best I can do.
Used to be a huge Zupas fan, but the quality and service seemed to take a hit for a few years. However, things were quite a bit better than normal during our last visit. Sailor was a rock star and the food matched her excellent service.
