Why do I need to yell my phone number multiple times at the order sign??? It makes me so mad… I’ve had multiple people tell me they will go out of their way to go to a different soda place even though this one is closer bc they’re uncomfortable yelling their phone number to the abyss. That needs to change asap bc you’re losing business.
I absolutely love coming to quench it. The drinks are so refreshing and always taste good.. and this maybe just me, it is loud because there’s a busy road right next to the order spot.. but you can’t ask me to turn my car off in 100+ degrees weather. ONE time they said just come to the window which great. But now it’s always I can’t hear you turn your car off. And I’m basically yelling. I get it’s frustrating for them but also for me. Again this is a great drink spot....

I love the drinks but I consistently request no ice and today I again have a cup full of little drink and mostly ice. It’s frustrating that the drive through folks frequently mess this up. I’m always sure to state it 2 or more times and have them repeat my order… but it doesn’t help. More ice = less drink. Please listen
