“Our group of 12 stayed at the guest house and we are at the Sweetwater Kitchen. Both places are amazing! We had the best steak, trout tacos, pasta, polenta fries, chicken, and desserts!! So delicious, and such great service! Will for sure plan a trip around this place again!”

“Recently ate here for the first time. Made the trip from Salt Lake to explore the area and celebrate my birthday with dinner at Hell’s Backbone. It was so good we not only had my birthday dinner, but went back the next night. Service was excellent, food was superb and the entire vibe of the place just felt right. It was a perfect fit! I’ll definitely be back.”

“I hate tofu but their tofu sandwich was SO GOOD. I got it two days in a row! Again, I do not like tofu! It’s fried so perfectly. We only went because the options in the area were so slim on a Sunday. They can make the sandwich vegan upon request. They have beer.”
