I have traveled out of the way a few times to come here, and it is always well worth it. Cozy atmosphere and stellar service, and the food is creative, beautiful and delicious. I always tell people it's the best restaurant in Utah. You will be nourished body and soul.

Absolutely fantastic meal from start to finish. Blake, one of the owners of the restaurant was going around and talking to all the patrons. She and I talked for a while about her mission to help preserve the Grand Staircase and you could tell how much she cared for her community and the environment it lays in. Each dish was crafted with detail in addition to being delicious.
I had:
Rosemary lemonade
The biscuits
The house salad
Lemony cluck (chicken over rice with root vegetables)
The gingerbread

Blake also included a little chocolate dessert to go for me when she heard I had a long drive later that night. I’ve been wanting to come here for a while and everything exceeded my expectations. I can’t wait to come back again!!

You certainly pay for it, but this is the best fine dining experience I've had in Utah. On par with bib gourmand and michelin star restaurants I've been to in the past. The location and environment are beautiful. The service is excellent. One of the owners visited with us at our table, she was absolutely lovely. Everything I've eaten there has been excellent. It's worth making a special trip down to Boulder for it, I recommend this restaurant to everyone already headed to that area and many that aren't.

One of the best meals I’ve had in Utah, maybe ever. Of course, the food is outstanding: true farm-to-table, organic, inventive. But it really is the vibe that makes this a 5-star meal. I was dining alone, and one of the owners, Blake, went out of her way to bring me multiple cookbooks to read. The waiters were so gracious. I cannot wait to come back.

The best restaurant in all of southern Utah, a must stop. The seasonal menu was great, and the service / atmosphere was fantastic

We had to go twice, the food was so good. We had the juniper pulled pork sandwich from their food trailer that is open Thursday to Monday until 1:30pm each day. The seating area is wonderful and the staff very friendly. I cannot recommend this restaurant enough, it is one of the best roadside sandwiches I have ever had.

My boyfriend and I took his mom here while she was visiting while on trip to Bryce and it was the highlight of our weekend. Our server Izzy was incredible. So personable and attentive and offered great suggestions. Everything we had was delicious. The fall menu is so tasty and cozy and we can’t wait to come back to try all of the other seasonal dishes. Even in the cold weather, we were comfortable on the outdoor patio with the heaters and cozy blankets. Such a memorable meal and fabulous service.

Covered patio with removable walls and heaters to make a wet cold evening comfortable. Food was excellent farm-to-table. Wine list was okay.

Soooo glad we stopped here - we really enjoyed the ceasar salad special with the side of baked tofu, the pumpkin soup, the grilled trout dish, the gnocchi and couldn’t resist ordering the apple crisp - ordering dessert is a must! We can’t wait to visit again 😍 The restaurant owner passed by our table to check how our meal was going and she was so so lovely and personable - we really appreciated that ❤️

Wow! This place was so incredibly good. The ambiance is amazing, the food was absolutely delicious and the service was spectacular. Everyone in my family ordered something different so we could all have a little taste of multiple dishes and each one was phenomenal! Do yourself a favor and book a reservation!

This was worth the drive. The food was outstanding and better than we thought it would be. The service was on pair with most restaurants. Waiter never came back to ask about drinks so we ran out mid way during dinner. Would we go back? For sure.

I’m afraid I’m going to be one of the dissenting voices here. We so much looked forward to this meal and ultimately were so disappointed. Service was spotty at best. And the food just was underwhelming. We went in with a lot of high expectations. Some people have said this is the best restaurant in Utah. And we consider ourselves to be pretty experienced to dining out. Just really disappointed. Would’ve ordered dessert, except we sat with finished entrées for 20 minutes before our waiter came back to check on us. By then we were just ready to go.
