Okay so let's talk about the positives! Annie's is the cutest small business. It's warm and cozy inside with the loveliest welcoming vibes. I feel like I'm in my British grandmas sitting room getting a lovely cup of tea.

The atmosphere here is fantastic, very nice decor, and, they have a very lovely outdoor patio. I had eggs Benedict, it was very delicious. The service was friendly and fast.

Minor disappointments, soup described with apple cubes and nuts but service with none, served warm and not hot - Salad was only field greens and a drizzle of dressing, nothing else added. Lovely roll did make the trio. I will visit again, but will try something else.
