What a horrible experience I just live right across the street and it says on the website that you guys don’t close till 10 PM so I walked over with my boyfriend as soon as he got to the door, the manager in charge runs to the door and locks it It’s not even 10. It’s was 9:15-9:20. There was an employee outside and we said hey are you guys closed? on the website it doesn’t say you guys close till 10 and she didn’t even know the rules she had no idea she was literally clueless goes to her manager. The manager tells her to go the other door so we walk over there she asked her manager if they were closing she said yes we close the lobby at 9 OK well it’s Now almost 930 and you’re now just closing the lobby and she said that this has been a rule for a year now if this is true, then you guys need to update the hours. And train your manager to communicate better she could have opened up the door and said I’m sorry, but our lobby is closed instead of just looking at us and running straight to the door and locking it. The lobby was completely empty when we walked up to and doors were unlocked until the manager saw us.

Messed up our order. End up not eating the halibut and mushroom burger. The guy taking our order should not be taking customers order he beyond struggled and needs much more training. We stopped coming to arctic circle thought we would try it again and well we will choose many other restaurants to go to.

The food was ok for the most part, but i went through the drive through and it took about 30 minutes for me to get my food (a cheeseburger and fries) and this isn’t the first time it has happened, i’ve been here three times and waited over 30 minutes every time. Go to McDonalds.

I came here for lunch today because I was craving the one thing your famous for, Lime Ricky's. After ordering my mail I'm pulling up to the window I was informed they were out of Sierra mist..... How are you supposed to make the one thing you're famous for without having the proper supplies. Once I got my meal home about 5 minutes later to eat it... it tasted like it was made yesterday and they just pulled it out of the fridge. Stale and cold. All this for $15.

I love the shakes here and come by for one at least twice a week, always 10/10 but when it’s just high school kids working and all their friends come to hang out it’s ridiculous, I’ve been waiting on two shakes for 30 minutes. Normally I would have left but it’s 15 something for two medium. The girl at the window is the only one working I can see the other two guys horsing around.

Several times the employees checked up on me. Not in an overbearing or annoying way, but in a way that felt like they genuinely wanted to makes sure i as a customer was taken care of. They were all super warm and welcoming despite me being introverted and tired out. The food was good. The ice cream was amazing but what really sold me on this place was the warm atmoaphere woven by the incredible employees. I'll definitely go back!

Several times the employees checked up on me. Not in an overbearing or annoying way, but in a way that felt like they genuinely wanted to makes sure i as a customer was taken care of.
