I just moved here from Florida last winter and during such I was looking for a local bakery for that “every now and again treat”.
After a few trips I have gathered that between the extremely friendly service, the delicious baked goods, and the surprisingly scrumptious chicken salad on cheddar pretzel roll...this place is an amazing gem for the citizens of North Salt Lake/Bountiful/Woods Cross.

Parsons' Bakery is a charming establishment known for its delicious food and friendly service. They create beautiful cakes without artificial coloring, such as a stunning chocolate cake that requires advance orders. Their Kouign Amann pastry is a customer favorite, though it can sell out quickly. The bakery also offers Mario cupcakes, a hit at birthday parties, along with a good selection of scones, cookies, donuts, cakes, and sometimes tarts, breakfast pasties, pastries, and bread. Order ahead if you can’t be there in the morning, as they do sell out. They are easy to work with for custom cakes and provide excellent customer service, recreating designs perfectly from inspo pics. However, there have been some comments about the croissants tasting overbaked or burnt. Overall, Parsons' Bakery is a delightful discovery for those seeking tasty treats, with everything tried being amazing.
