Classic pastry/bake shop! Excellent!!💜
I just moved here from Florida last winter and during such I was looking for a local bakery for that “every now and again treat”.

Good bakery. Bad service. From a business standpoint, they have a great product but I can see why there’s only one location even though their breads are amazing. The reviews are pretty consistent. If you want a treat and don’t care about customer service then this is the spot.

Parsons' Bakery is a charming establishment known for its delicious food and friendly service. They create beautiful cakes without artificial coloring, such as a stunning chocolate cake that requires advance orders. Their Kouign Amann pastry is a customer favorite, though it can sell out quickly. The bakery also offers Mario cupcakes, a hit at birthday parties, along with a good selection of scones, cookies, donuts, cakes, and sometimes tarts, breakfast pasties, pastries, and bread. Order ahead if you can’t be there in the morning, as they do sell out. They are easy to work with for custom cakes and provide excellent customer service, recreating designs perfectly from inspo pics. However, there have been some comments about the croissants tasting overbaked or burnt. Overall, Parsons' Bakery is a delightful discovery for those seeking tasty treats, with everything tried being amazing.
