I love the shakes here and come by for one at least twice a week, always 10/10 but when it’s just high school kids working and all their friends come to hang out it’s ridiculous, I’ve been waiting on two shakes for 30 minutes. Normally I would have left but it’s 15 something for two medium. The girl at the window is the only one working I can see the other two guys horsing around.
Needed a quick bite after a long work shift. Decided to try Arctic Circle when I saw it was close and affordable. The lady who took my order was so kind and sweet. Several times the employees checked up on me. Not in an overbearing or annoying way, but in a way that felt like they genuinely wanted to makes sure i as a customer was taken care of.
