I got my kids a meal at the Bountiful location. If there was a tablespoon of meat on their taco I would be surprised. They were so cheep with the meat they each got one bite of meat and that was all. Taste great if you get enough to taste.

UPDATE: was contacted by a manager who made it right. Will be returning just for the customer service.
Waited 35 minutes in line for a salad. They were out of everything. Including tortillas and chicken. The line was at a stand still for about 15 minutes with the line out the door. The entire restaurant was only a line as no one had received food to be seated.

Our food was supposed to be done at 12:30. We ordered ahead and arrived at 12:30 and waited there for over 20 minutes in line while everyone in line got taken care of. Even all the new people that came in got served before we received our preordered food. Our tacos were soggy by the time we received them and the lady that finally handed us our food didn't even say sorry for the wait or anything. I used to work for the Costa vida in Riverdale and I know that's not how things are supposed to work.

Portions seemed reaaalllly skimpy, especially for the sides of beans/rice etc :( but the service was fairly quick and Olivia at the register was super nice and had excellent customer service!

I used to think Costa Vida was not as good as café Rio. But I think they’re really up their game without raising their prices much. The chili line chicken is fantastic.

Overall, the food is good. I wish there were softer seats. The chairs hurt my back. They charge you for every little thing. It's sad that you get so little on the extras for what you pay for (sour cream, guac, etc.). It's not even enough to taste it.
