We ordered some flavors of the week. One of the cookies was incorrect. I called and asked if we could be sent 1 replacement cookie and that I wouldn’t normally ask but I was recovering from surgery and really was looking forward to the one that got messed up. They were SO friendly on the phone. Not only did they send a replacement for free, they sent a new box of 4 and a personalized note to feel better! This made our night! They went above and beyond! Every time we go in you are greeted with the welcoming smell of freshly baked cookies. There is pink everywhere!
