the food was AMAZING. They got my order wrong but it was still bomb and while I was waiting they charged someone else 2x for their order on the app and had forgotten part of another customers order. some of the staff were really kind and outgoing. some clearly hate their job or were having a bad day. First impression here since it was my first time! I will for sure go to 5guys again but maybe not this location lol.
Four score and 3 years ago five guys established itself as a brand, however, it wasn't until today that it was perfected. The crew in bountiful have redefined what five guys can do, as long as you're fine. Not using your hands while you eat, you will have the best, sloppiest experience of your life. Pamala, Robby, Rich, Erica, Ami, Jeremy, and Dan have set a new bar for what fast food can be. Do yourself an favor and order every topping twice, or something crazy like...
Whenever my wife is upset or just out of sorts; there is nothing that can pull her out of the blues like a 5 Guys burger. This place is great. I never hear so much about their pea it's which are really great; but that is because their burgers always steal the show. Great job 5
