Website says it closes at 10. Showed up at 9:15 and the kids were closing it up. Second time this has happened. If youre gonna close early change your hours. Not cool when people travel to get there and its closed and not supposed to be.

Most Snowcone shacks taste the same, and this one is no exception. What matters in these places is the size and the price. The prices range from $5 to $8, which is on the pricey side (thus the missing star). However, they do give you what you pay for: these things are MASSIVE, and you'll not be feeling unsatisfied after eating one. It definitely scratches the snowcone itch!

The girl who made my shaved ice was not wearing gloves. She patted it down, then Wiped her hands on her shorts, shaved some more ice on top and then patted it down with bare hands again. Unfortunately I decided to toss mine in the trash and not take the chance to eat it. Please wear gloves when handling ready to eat foods!

Scrumptious shaved ice! My go to is The 808 with ice cream and snow cap (drizzle of sweetened condensed milk). Their portions are big. I usually get the short board and it's plenty for me. They also have a lot of flavor options and combinations. Can't wait til they get coconut ice cream in again. It's my favorite to have with shaved ice.

Workers here suck and couldn’t care less about their job. It’s ridiculous that I pay $20 for a cup of ice and no flavor. Literally the flavor goes down through the top 1/4. We’ve taken them back to get more flavor on multiple visits and your 17 year old dead beats couldn’t be less enthused to add more flavor. Common guys, your job isn’t hard.

I love their selection of flavors! A great way to spend a summer evening. I just wish they didn't use plastic spoons or Styrofoam cups.
