I went in this morning and they handed me the wrong smoothie. I didn’t realize it till I got home. I called them and they won’t make it good. They said it was my fault. Very disappointed in their customer care! (I wouldn’t ever order what they gave me or it wouldn’t be a big deal).
Their customer service is really bad!!!! Why have someone that will try to send you away?!?! I asked the guy for a smoothie that was similar to a green Island, he’s response was to go to Jamba Juice or some other place to buy it! Didn’t know it was so hard to have customer service! A simple “sorry we don’t, but you can try…..” and when I asked what it was good he said he didn’t know!????? NEVER BEEN TREATED SO POORLY!!!!!!
