Literally the worst service imaginable. This was my first time ever having Marcos pizza. Went through drive thru window, employee opened the window & just stared at me, didn’t say a word. Then he motioned his hand at me like “what?” So I just said my name. He walked off, came back handed it to me and he didn’t say a word. Entire interaction was had without him acknowledging or saying anything to me. Thought it was an off occurrence, so I came back another time & unfortunately this guy was there again. Same exact thing happened. Most annoying part is both times I tipped online before receiving the order. Wish I could go back & dispute the tips because there’s no way I’d be tipping someone that acts like that. Genuinely weird guy.
Furthermore I will not be returning here, I don’t feel comfortable having my food made by this man. He should not be in a customer facing position. I just think if he dislikes his job so much I do NOT want him handling my food. Went to the location in Layton & wow the experience was so much better.

I placed an online order that said my order would be ready in 20 minutes. I got there and sat behind a car in the drive-through that never moved so I had to back out of a tricky spot only to go inside and they said they were really busy and it would be more like 75 minutes. Not great!

If you value your car at all do not go through the drive thru. The curb scratched up my car because the turn is super sharp and my car rides low. Legit about to cry great food.... Do not go through the driv thru.

When this location first opened we got a pizza and I SWORE I'd never order another. Then I tried a calzone about a year or so later. It was so good! Then I tried another pizza. This is suprisingly THE BEST pizza in Bountiful for delivery...without gouging prices. I dont know what happened when they first opened but that issue is fixed.

Whenever we want/NEED ;) pizza at our office we order delivery from this location. The manager Jeron, is always very helpful, professional, and accommodating. Pizza is always hot, good and on time.

It was a tough day at the office for me and I was just craving something on a Sunday afternoon. Lots of places are closed on Sunday here in Utah as a lot of you might know but something told me to stop by this little place on the corner and sure enough it was open! I was craving something that would just have flavor. I went in and Wyatt helped me. He was patient with me as I looked at what to order and he was super cool at modifying my pizza! The pie itself was SO DELICIOUS. I love that this spot has its own charm and the food is surprisingly very tasty. It's got flavor and it's done right. I am so happy to have found a new pizza spot and so close to my home too! Honestly, thanks. Yall made these past 2 days great as I had leftovers.

The pizza was fabulous as always. Fast service. The review is mostly for the boys working the night of the 4th of July. They were sweet, kind, and helpful went above and beyond. Even wrote happy 4th on our pizza box as they knew our family was going to do fireworks. It's unusual to find such good hearted young men. My family appreciates them and their friendliness. We will be returning.
