We have been to this restaurant twice now & both times have been very impressed with the service, portion sizes, and overall experience. You get a complimentary salad to start your meal & they have many options to choose from. The portion sizes are seriously huge! We love No. One Thai Fusion! Every time we dine here, their food is exceptional and their service is friendly. The coconut chicken soup is a special favorite of ours. All their sauces are delicious. A hidden gem of a restaurant.

We kicked things off with the Thai Fusion Sampler, and every single appetizer was chef’s kiss. The chicken satay wasn’t available, but they swapped it for golden bags, and honestly? Zero regrets—everything came out perfectly cooked and packed with flavor.
